Julianne has helped me a lot fixing my problems, is very resourceful.
Great application that is spot on with class requirements. Makes organizing all patient contacts a breeze. A must use for EMT students. Thanks 🙏🏼

Very convenient to use, but not very intuitive as far as navigation. I am enjoying it so far, keep up the good work, thank you.

Amazing program, so simple and very thorough. Also the founder made a couple appearances via zoom to actually give a one on one lesson to our classroom. Amazing.

Sterling has made my job as an instructor 100 times easier than most of its competitors. Their technical assistance when needed is extremely quick. Although you will very seldom need it. I highly recommend Sterling.

Easy to navigate once you know where to go. The tabs make sense. User friendly, I like the warnings if you are about to input something in the incorrect spot. I wish there was an app version so everything wasn’t solely dependent on your current cell phone reception or WiFi connection. It has not crashed on me yet but I’m worried it might and I’ll lose my current data I was working on.

We are using Sterling’s for the first time this semester. Is easy to use but still learning how everything works. Great customer support and tech support. I will have a better review after our first cohort completes the program.

When I took over as the EMS program we were using a clinical tracker and scheduler. I found it difficult and bulky to use and didn’t use the skills lab tracker frankly because i didn’t know how. A Colleague herd about sterling and I reached out to evaluate the system. I found it easy to navigate and it functions like a epcr one may see in the field. I expressed some concerns i did have and was meet with a willingness to change and grow. I started my first cohort in the fall of my second year and have not looked back. It is helping to build a great student and as I bring back a paramedic program i look forward to self study and site visits to show the tracking of my students.
