My wife & I are going on a trip on April 17th & I needed another battery for my dig camera. I ordered one through another company (on March 30th) & by April 14th it still wasn't here. It was a digital ID battery so I was told it ws guaranteed to work with my new Lumix, and it sure did.
They came through for me in a pinch & the quick respomse on my email let me know that I mattered as a customer.
