Products not received and very poor communication
I purchased some stainless steel nozzles for my pool's Tahiti jet at a slightly lower price than other Dutch websites. At the time of purchase, the items appeared to be in stock, with a message indicating that my order would be delivered within 2-3 business days. Two weeks later, I contacted the company. Their response came several days later, indicating that the items were not in stock and had to be ordered (I assume from Asia), meaning I would have to wait approximately two more weeks (for a total of 4.5 weeks for shipping). After that time, I wrote to the company again requesting an update on the status of my order, but a week later, the company still hasn't responded to my emails. At the time of writing this review, it has been 5.5 weeks since I purchased the items, clearly indicating that somethings is wrong with my pruchase. More frustrating than the waiting time is the communication policy of the company. No emails indicating that the product will be delayed due to lack of stock, replyes coming late or not coming at all....Honestly, is a very poor customer service. I still did not receive my purchase but I do not think I buy from this company again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
