We would like to say a huge thank you to Lilly at Stevensons Bournemouth. Our daughter is starting secondary school, so everything is new to us, and Lilly truly went above and beyond to make our visit easy and stress-free.
She helped us find and complete the entire school uniform, patiently finding the right sizes with a smile. The fact that she speaks Polish made communication so much easier and made us feel even more comfortable.
Everyone in the store was incredibly kind and helpful, but Lilly's exceptional customer service really stood out. Thank you once again for making this experience such a positive one!

I opted to collect my order. It was ready to collect very quickly. The shop staff member that served me was very polite and also assured me that I could exchange anything that was too big as I was unsure if I had ordered the best size. As it turned out everything was perfect.

Great customer service
I was in the store getting a uniform for my daughter and even though the place was busy, in which case some customer service agents can be flustered or the service feel rushed, it certainly wasn't.
I was served by Aoife who was extremely approachable, engaging and helpful. I would say day definitely went above and beyond in making sure I got the right things. My job is related to the customer service industry, and I would hire Aoife with no hesitation.
The story itself was clean, presentable and had good sized changing rooms. They also had enough staff to make sure service was quick and efficient.
