First visit
This was our first time at stevensons,Epsom,for our daughters high school uniform.We made an appointment and was seen on time.Emma assisted us and was very polite and helpful. She never rushed us and offered us advice on different sizes.It all made for a great experience for our daughter getting her new uniform.Thanks again Emma.

Helpful and efficient
We hadn’t made an appointment for another day but popped in to see if there was any availability and we hardly waited.
We were served by Betsy on Tuesday 28th July 26. She was very pleasant, helpful and efficient without putting pressure on us to rush. We had a ln excellent experience thanks to Betsy.

Great service from the Croydon team
Great service from Deane in helping my family with their uniform shopping today. Deane was very helpful and patient in helping us pick the right items in the correct sizes for my family. From the time you enter the store the Stevenson team are on hand to guide you through the shop and offer helpful tips. At the till they checked I had the right items and sizes as I was shopping for two. Thank you for making it a good shopping experience.

I spent over £240 on school uniforms
I spent over £240 on school uniforms, but my free postage code wasn't working. I contacted customer service for help and was told that the code had expired and that they wouldn't provide an alternative. Considering the size of my order, I found this to be very disappointing. A small gesture, such as honouring the free postage or offering a replacement code, would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that the level of customer care was poor.

Free shipping codes are offered after pop-up shops and will usually last for 1 week after the event. The expiration dates will be provided at the event, and thereafter, normal shipping costs are charged.

Do not stock the right sizes for sports…
Do not stock the right sizes for sports socks for 7 year old girls. The packet shows they are made in XS size but they refuse to stock it. Very unhelpful customer service. Complained to school who have actioned with management

Website is easy to use
Website is easy to use. Delivery was very quick when questioning about appointments or times the Shop open they are very quick to email Back and explain everything they also suggested about coming into the shop to swap over something I bought that didn’t fit very helpful very pleasant people.
