Quick delivery fits perfectly

Fast service with just what we needed. Very easy to order and website makes it clear what a specific child will need or could need for their school.

The good: Excellent service from the Bournemouth shop who had items packaged & ready to be dispatched by DHL within 24 hours. They also very kindly held the package back for me to collect after emailing them, despite the central customer services telling me on the 'phone that this wouldn't be possible.
The less good: Not having phone lines to contact shops. This is the most backwards step a localised customer service based business could take. Sure, having a central call centre type customer service operation means less interruptions for the shops, but they are powerless to help at a local level which renders them almost worthless, especially given schools are associated to a 'local' shop that will normally fulfill their orders. I'm not the only one complaining about this if you read the reviews - @Stevensons, please listen to your customers & reconsider this unhelpful approach.

Quick deliver and great quality

Speedy delivery and quality clothing - but it does cost a lot.

Delivery was quick, but all the sizes have changed, the jumpers were huge when we compared them to last year 32” unless they strung in the wash.

The items ordered came faster than excepted.

About 5 weeks ago we went into Stevensons to get school uniform for our daughter starting secondary school in September, a task that we were all dreading.

When we walked in there were plenty of staff available and a sales assistant named Holly approached us and asked if we needed any assistance, which we gladly took.

Holly was so helpful, explaining that they had all sizes of uniform and that even if they didn't have the size we needed, in the specific schools colours, they would have it in another schools colour so we could try that on and place an order for the correct items, with the peace of mind that it would still be a good fit.

The cherry on the cake was that Holly actually went to the school that our daughter is going to and was able to give us advice on what we needed as well as quantities. She was smiley and helpful offering multiple options of sizes and encouraged our daughter to try lots of items on to make sure we were ordering the correct sizes.

Fast forward to today, our daughter went off for her first day at secondary school, looking really smart and with a smile on her face, feeling confident about her future, partly because of the experience she has had meeting current, and past, pupils of that school in different settings and Holly has to be included in that list of people.

Great customer service when submitting email queries, quick replies that enabled me to complete my return smoothly.
Might be helpful to include data from your returns in helping people choose sizing, for example the majority of my first order I had to return as it was too small, but based on your size guide/recommendations it should have been ok
