Absolutely love my Jack Murphy coat. Looks very nice on and at a good price.
Great length not too short or not too long so can wear all time when out if I am driving or walking all year. Want to buy another coat in a different colour.

I have previously visited this great shop when visiting Hawkshead. I was looking for a Joules top which I couldn't get locally, they shopped it really quickly, unfortunately it was too big, they accepted the return with no problems and refunded quickly .

First time ordering and thought the process easy and prices good. Delivered was prompt, however both the items ordered smelt horrible - damp and musty.
One item kept and definitely required washing before it could be worn, the other item was returned at own cost.
I’d be dubious about ordering again due to of the smelly condition of products.
