Good quality labels, customers are always commenting on them!

Ordered some test prints for some stickers. Very Happy with the quality and how they turned out considering I hadn't uploaded a vector imagine. Also arrived in good time considering the current state of economics and the world. Was unsure how many stickers would arrive and wasn't too sure how to find out this info when ordering although will certainly order more next time.

Great quality, in fact it’s the best I’ve seen tbh and the price is unbeatable! Delivery has been a little bit longer than usual due to Covid ( order with enough time in advance) I still keep coming back best price best quality online!

Shocking service - can't get anything right, terrible turnaround times - been waiting over 3 weeks for our order. Last-minute issues when things sat on the printer, can't tell me which item has the problem and repeatedly having to upload multiple files as we guess which one is needing font size change. Asked for a call and not getting one. Can't tell me when my order will be sent, wont't tell me what they have printed - if anything at all! Avoid getting into a sticky situation!

Excellent service, quick to get the proof and then delivery very quick after that. Excellent quality, very happy with the stickers. Would highly recommend

I ordered labels they arrived defective i returned these a month ago for a replacement, i chased up asking if they could replace them. They informed me that they had not received them despite me having a great picture of a smiling lady receiving them from the delivery company. i have not received any replacements or replies to my emails since. Really disappointed as I hadn’t had any issues until this point, that said you don’t find out about a companies customer service until you have an issue..

The fact they have this disclaimer on their website speaks volumes:

“Please note, due to the large amount of rude emails we have received from clients, who deem it necessary to be very short and/or rude in their emails, if your email is not considered polite we will simply ignore it.
A member of our staff has to deal with all of these emails daily, let's start making their day better by simply being polite.
An email such as "where are my labels?" or "when will I get my labels?" without any introduction or order information will simply be ignored.”

Good customer service. Product was good, but the white ink layer behind the sticker print is very thin, resulting in translucent colours.
