The first watch I purchased was disappointing as it didn't keep good time, I contacted Andrew at Stigma watches who was extremely helpful and apologetic, I was sent a replacement straight away, these things happen sometimes, but was really impressed with how my complaint was dealt with, well done Andrew, great customer service!
