So far I am not happy. There are people who write lengthy poetry and post it identically in 5 or 6 places.

There is a lady who keeps writing to me and scolding me for trying to post poetry. But they do not give you the “rules”. I have tried to be friendly and responsive, but nobody cares. There are so many people working at Stitch yet nobody has time to answer my questions.

At the current price, I would expect more active interventions from the long list of workers/administrators. More of a welcome, more attention to flagging conversations.

The bottom line is that some members have carved out their plots, and warn newcomers to follow some arcane rules. The people who speak are domineering and the Introvert group is all filled up.

Trusted and active. You would find activities even when you move away from home town.

A fabulous bunch of people from all walks of life. No judgement. All very accepting and a pleasure to be around.

Stitch is a great way to meet local people, reboot your social life, do lunches, dinners and bands, enjoy outdoor activities and make friends. No scammers to worry about due to complex ID procedure, and lots of people who just want to enjoy social activities. Has been very good for me.

I think the whole idea of Stitch is very positive… what I feel is unfortunate is we have a lot of people in this area that have signed up, but only a few same people attend the offerings.

Good combination of online and offline activities for older adults.

I really enjoy Stitch! There are many, many activities to choose from. The teams I encounter most go far out of their way to be welcoming, friendly, supportive and open to suggestions. I have so many more opportunities to be active, with company and such a variety of activities. Have been a member for almost 8 months now. It's been life changing for me.

Wanted to get to know good people and make friends. I messaged people. A lot of people. Seems like no one really attends to the app and didn't receive any responses. Conclusion: Fake app? Nope just found out what the vibe is in the PNW and peeps are terrible at communication and must be out hiking in the great outdoors which is a requisite like loving Jesus is in the south. Don't waste your time or money with this crap app!

I've been in stitch about five years now. It's a safe Haven to meet people on your wavelength, that you would not normally meet in everyday life. I've met up with several people from other countries which is an opportunity I would not have had but for stitch. As with most things, the more you put into stitch, the more you get out of it.
They offer both virtual and in person events run by, and for, the community. It's not a dating site, but it offers many opportunities for friendship.

Stitch is a great way to meet people and is completely organised by members which is also good as it means a variety of options are presented. I would give it 5 stars as it was great in Qld, but it is still growing in WA and there are not as many options available. Good customer service when there are issues - Stitch responds promptly.

Have meet many lovely people and felt welcomed at all the functions i have attended. The different places and functions attended were Great.

There is just so much to do. So many option. From online to offline. I have done things I have never done before and returned to activities not done in years

Stitch is an excellent way to meet new friends. It is a very welcoming and safe space. Highly recommend.

This site is great for meeting people. It provides a way to make more friendships and have fun doing that. Allows people to combat loneliness and to find like minded people who enjoy your passions and to learn and benefit from other passions that you may get want to be involved in. Plus every member looks after each other in good times and bad. Friendships are important .

I have been a stitch member for a few years now. What I like most is the respectful ways in which members treat each other. I am an introverted extrovert so I am able to engage closely or from far. It works both ways. I have met some lovely people and can choose to interact on line or in person and that works for me. I also enjoy reading about the different perspectives of people who live on the other side of the world from me.

Trusted safe way for people to meet each other, while making new friends and having fun.

Stitch helps people connect, it's as simple as that.
Since joining 8 months ago I've made new friends who I now see on a regular basis. I have made acquaitances who I catch up with at like-minded events and best of all, I have found a partner to do life with.
I have hosted some events to do with my local Bowls Club, a win/win situation.
Camping trips have been the best as you get to know people on a deeper level.

"Stitch"is a means of connecting socially with like minded people.You are encouraged through a "simple means" to organise your own interactive activities....
and develop "people skills".Profiles are easily accessible and your group of friends grows to a substantial size quite quickly.
It is a brilliant concept offering rewards to all involved.

I have been meeting lots of new people and having great conversations. I have enjoyed experiencing new venues and menus and trying new activities.
Stitch provides guidelines on the standard of behaviour that is to be followed by all attendees, therefore providing a safe place for everyone.
