Very poor DO NOT TRANSFER CARDS

Very poor DO NOT TRANSFER CARDS
Stocard were excellent with good app
And easy access to all
Loyalty cards in one place no problems easy to access within your wallet BUT recently they sold out to Klarma who not have all your card information and personal details yet when they say transfer easily to Klarma app you lose all your cards and information
Customer services say re download cards putting in info manually .. firstly why you brought that from Stocard abd seckndky why do I want to give you my personal al financial information ?
Klarma already seem to have any payment cards stored( mine popped up in their wallet god knows how )and they ask you for more info won’t show any of your already saved cards
The migration DID NOT work !!
They have breached your privacy by selling our information to Klarma who do not allow access to previous cards
The stocked app has been shut down with them saying download Klarma app no option to Contact Stocard direct ( the link they have sends you straight to the Klarma app)
I’ve been battling with Klarma customers services for days with no resolution
Please please find another loyalty card holding scheme unless you want Klarma to start Trying to get you to take out credit or credit cards etc using your info they already have thanks to Stocard who will have made money I’m sure from selling customers info !!
As they say buyer beware !!!

Huge Mistake Stocard and Klarna!

Why on earth Stocards , which worked perfectly well before ,changed their system to Klarna, which is so bad that you cannot even get the cards to show, I will never know.I can no longer find my cards to show in a shop, made worse by the slow internet, and have had to resort to carrying physical cards again which is completely annihilating the reason Stocard existed.I tried to complai n to Klarna but they have no complaint email or contact other than a phone for their services . I would now be very careful abut ever using Klarna itself now as they have this hidden agenda of not being contactable Just an addition, Klarna, please note that i will no longer use your credit service ot have anything to do with you now.If you can mess up a perfectly good Stocard system for so many users, i dread to think of what else you can ruin

STOCARD APP

I think it's bad that google are still advertising this app as the best one to use. It has stopped working! Supposedly transferred cards to Klarna who are asking for personal and financial details before I can access my cards again. DO NOT USE IT, in my opinion

Lost all my stored cards

Lost all my stored cards. Had to go back the retailer apps and fetch them and manually add them to Karlna. Just a waste of time. I am not sure if I added all my cards as I don't have physical cards for them... Heavily relied on Stocard for many years. Their migration failed

This used to be an amazing app

This used to be an amazing app, until Klarna took over.
The migration failed and i could never log into my Stocard account once they announced that they will take over. Now that they have taken over, i have lost access to all my loyalty cards, most of which i don not have a physical card anymore. I have reached Klarna support and they have replied with some generic fuckery. Shocking service, not going to touch Klarna with a bargepole

It's totally useless now that Klarna has taken it over and destroyed it.

I used it with no problem for a couple of months, and then Klarna ate it.
Using Klarna was a pain, with so much extra noise and levels to go through.
And now my Klarna login timed out and I'm unable to access any of my cards until I find internet access.
I can't imagine any new users ever signing up for this product in order to manage loyalty cards etc. The merger appears to have been nothing more than a way of getting a massive number of users to sign up for Klarna, in the hope that they'll use and pay for its services.

I have used Stocard for years without…

I have used Stocard for years without any problems. However, they have now merged with a ‘Buy now pay later’ company, and told me to migrate my account over to a special place created for Stocard users. In order to do this you have to create an account with this parent company, which I reluctantly did, only because I wanted to continue using Stocard.

I followed their instructions which they said would take a few minutes, but after going round and round in circles, trying to do what they said, and ending up right where I started, I gave up and downloaded a different wallet app called ‘SuperCards’. So far all is good with this app, and I have dumped Stocard, and deleted the unwanted account with the BNPL company.

Avoid

Avoid. App doesn’t work and there’s no customer support. Would give it a zero if I could

Highly recommend!

Very light and easy to use. It's cool that you can add any card. I'm glad that I finally don't need a physical wallet at all and have everything I need on my phone.

Be very careful with this company and how they use your personal data

I recently wanted to delete the app that I have had for the past year. Stocard does not offer an option to delete the account, so I had to email them. In order to delete the account, I was asked to give my full name, address, postcode, mobile number, email address, ID of the account created and then sent over a Data Deletion PDF form which I had to convert to Word, fill in with the above details for the second time and convert back to PDF and send over. This all, just to delete my account.
This raises a lot of red flags around how Stocard uses the data and makes me wonder why they go through such lengthy steps to avoid someone deleting their data. In Stocard's Privacy section of the website they describe how they use triangulation to 'personalise' experiences online, in this case I clearly said that I don't feel comfortable sharing so much detail around my identity that can be used in a commercial manner. This is absolutely bonkers and I would avoid giving my data to such a company in the future. Whoever is the CSO/CIO should take their job more seriously and put consumers first.
