I would definitely recommend StockNlock, friendly staff who are easily available to answer questions, or help when you cant open a padlock. Kidderminster site is in the most convenient location, access in and out the building is super easy, trollies available to take your large items in and out of the unit. Ive used storage for just over 18 months and been very pleased with the service. A big shout out to staff Charlotte, Rowan, Nick and Beckie, thank you guys for all you do.....

Location is great, units are very good. Safe and secure. The staff are great, all very polite and helpful. I've had a unit for over 13 years.

I moved in on the day they opened in Kidderminster and they have been brilliant every since, polite, helpful and nothing is to much trouble, I won't be leaving anytime soon.

From experience having used other storage facilities , I simply can’t recommend Stock N Lock enough !

Perfect in every way

From start to finish the service was excellent. Professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They made everything easy and stress-free, I have never been in this position before and they made everything so much easier.
I can't recommend them enough.Great customer service is hard to find but these guys nailed it.

Stock N lock remains the premier storage facility in Worcestershire. Its facilities have always been clean and tidy with its staff members maintaining a smooth running of the premises. The Kidderminster team have always been extremely helpful, professional and friendly especially when assistance was needed with choosing the most suitable size rental etc. Access and safety- the most important features are gold standard.

I found and have always found the whole experience at Stock N Lock brilliant. Nothing is to much trouble they are always there to help in whatever capacity is required. The units are always to a very high standard, spotlessly clean as is the whole facility. Without question I would use no other storage facility

Unhelpful staff

Staff are unhelpful rude and not accommodating just such a bad atmosphere

Fantastic experience from the start.

I had by concerns RE storage as I'd never used it before. I now needed to store my home contents between moves and was concerned about damp for example with mattresses and other fabrics. Though after some research and coming here I was put at ease and realised that this isn't an issue nowadays and with the better places.

It is climate controlled (static temp all year round), very modern (only 7 years old), clean (immaculately so), tidy and smart.

The staff are also wonderful - especially Toni. I had also contacted another company across Worcester RE storage and they badgered me relentlessly - at least half a dozen calls over a week. And nearly all of the Google reviews for that place named the person by name and all have only ever given that 1 review - suspect?!? Out of principle for hating the hard sell I went with these. Alternatively Toni called once, was polite and respectful when I said I wanted to think about it, not pushy at all - in fact when I turned up in person was very patient and explained everything letting me pick sizes etc.

Wouldn't delay in recommending to anyone.

They provide a very safe storage facility. It is clean and tidy with good access and friendly, helpful service.

I find the service second to none. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, I would be happy to recommend Stock n Lock to anyone.
