To Adrian Page @ Stockshed - customer service, no idea!!! We cancelled an order due to a lie that the parts would be shipped out next day (which they weren't but again, we weren't told that) Couldn't even reply to an email to let us know the parts hadn't been sent, then was arsey on the phone, took over 3 days to get a reply about being refunded. Then got the email below from A.Page
'Thank you, that's done. Funnily enough we just received a call from your engineer to help him set up the ones you have purchased. Obviously we couldn't help on this occasion.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Quick to reply to emails to get a sale, they ignored me when there was a problem.
The water meter installed in my home was noisy in operation, so I contacted Stockshed to ask their advice on which one of the similar meters they sell (from different manufactures) would be the quietest. I received a quick reply, but the reply was brief, so I contacted them again to confirm the meter they recommend I purchase was the quietest, and I got a quick reply back confirming it was.
I purchased the water meter and installed it, only to find out it made as much noise or possibly more than the one it replaced.
I contacted Stockshed about the noise the meter was making, I received another quick reply saying that all of that type of meter are noisy, and as it had been installed, they would not accept a return of offer a refund.
When I emailed them back to ask ‘how would I know it was noisy until it was installed’ I was ignored, I waited a few days and emailed them again only to be ignored.
So, my issue’s with Stockshed are:
Why was I not told that all of that type of water meter are noisy in the first place – I would not have bought another meter and installed it.
They ignored me when I had an issue with an item I purchased from them on their recommendation.

I had a problem with my delivery but the Problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction I would certainly use this company again

Absolutely horrendous company. Bought a plate heat exchanger from them, which in turn turned out not to be required, the part was unused and in the original packaging. This was then sent back for a refund which cost me £30 and then they have taken a 25% re - stocking charge !!! This amounts to £111 so including the return fee almost half the cost of the part itself ! I’ve worked in the industry for 20 years and I have never had anyone charge me a re - stocking charge ! Avoid this company at all costs, service is abysmal

This happens again!
Received the email from them asking to pay a bill , that I paid one weeks ago!
You always need to check on them.
They were texting me saying make an immediate payment, or they would disconnect the heating and hot water!

My bill has been paid one weeks ago!!!!!!!
Check ur system!!!!!
Don’t recommend this company!!
It’s the second time they don’t check the system and just ask for money!!

First class from start to finish how a company should be run. Will definitely use again for our metering projects over our previous suppliers. Very quick delivery on all counts. Superb!
