The sales member Chris Boyce was friendly, knowledgable and patient. There was no hard cell.

We had a retractable tow bar fitted onto our xc40 by Volvo Scotswood rd in Newcastle around 5 years ago.
We were going away for a few days and using our bike carrier on the tow bar ( which we haven’t used for a while )
On the morning we were due to go the tow bar wouldn’t release, I drove down to the branch mentioned in the hope they might take a look. I was directed to the service desk on arrival, explained our situation and was invited to have a coffee and take a seat and they would get a technician to have a look.
20 mins later I was told it was all sorted and working again with no charge, thank you Volvo Newcastle for your great service and saving our wee break away.

Jonny was friendly, informative, helpful and as good as a salesman could be.

Looking for a vehicle to meet our needs wasn't easy until we met the sales team. We were guided through the options available by a member of the sales team, which wasn't a lot but after some discussion and guidance without any pressure we decided on our choice on offer. Senior members of staff were on hand and also offered their support and advice.
The whole purchasing experience was calm and comfortable, taking our time weighing up options.

From one problem to another problem

Stoneacre Chesterfield was worth my visit to test drive and purchase a Jeep Compass, I was greeted by thier representative Tommi, who provided a test drive, the vehicle was greet, so I purchased it, the staff were friendly and helpfull, the stoneacre site in Chesterfield is the most impressive site I have ever seen, highly recommend all to see.

Dilan was professional and Curtis the whole time. She knew the cars and was not the usual pushy salesperson. Thus far the car exceeds expectations and we look forward to many motoring miles ahead.

I want to thank Peter helping me with my motorbility car. From all the paperwork and keeping me updated with when my car would be ready and then picking up my car this week. Peter Went through all details of car with me when I picked the car up and guided me through all the tech in car and reassured me he was only at the end of the phone if I needed anymore help. My new vehicle purchase was handled by Steve and the finance by Lauren. They were both outstanding throughout the entire process. It wasn’t totally straightforward, but Steve and Lauren resolved any issues. Really can’t thank them enough. The vehicle is amazing and was prepared for delivery beautifully. I would highly recommend Stoneacre to anyone.

2nd year service. During the telephone booking selling add ONS (key fob batteries etc) at inflated prices was at the forefront....ok I can live with that.
Few days later phone call selling something else as an add on.
Took the car in for service 8:30 a.m. phone call later in the day trying to sell wheel alignment with the servicing.
Went to collect car at 4:30p.m.......not ready!
8 hours for a simple service and not completed.
Take this one in Stoneacre....try doing the work the customer wants instead on constant selling of things they don't want!
Future business for our cars taken elsewhere.

We asked for a vehicle to be moved from another Stoneacre site to Lincoln in order to view it, which happened speedily. On arrival the vehicle was not quite ready to test drive, needing fuel. It does drive well, and I am very pleased with it. I’m still waiting for a component that was included in the online description but missing on collection, and I’m currently chasing this up rather than Stoneacre contacting me.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the Motability team and especially Daniel for their help in sorting out my new Jeep Avenger. I was made really welcome right from the very first contact and Daniel was very mindful of my additional needs as a wheelchair user. As well as explaining each step clearly and making sure that I was happy with what the process was, Daniel was very knowledgeable about the various features and options available to me. He kept in touch with me while I was waiting for my Jeep to arrive and was always so polite. There was a minor delay due to circumstances outside of Stoneacre’s control but Daniel was still very apologetic. My experience with Daniel and the Stoneacre dealership in Chesterfield has been nothing short of excellent. I would have no issue with recommending them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This is the first time we have bought a Toyota, I have normally driven Volvos for 24 years or ford.

The staff at Toyota, from Max who sold us the car, to Steven the manager who was so down to earth, and not forgetting Mathew who showed me all the technical stuff all we every good and explained things clearly and we not pushy, and that’s one of my pet hates. But they helped us and gave us time to look and think.
