Mirai cleaned my large downstairs sandstone flooring area as it had become quite stained over the years. He communicates well, turns up on time, works hard and does his very best to get the best result for you. He has a great work ethic and takes a pride in his work. I would recommend him 100%. Mike and his associate were super early , incredibly focussed and no nonsense . Responded straight away when emailed for original query , came out to assess the job , really no job is too small. You don’t mind paying for quality work when small businesses are so passionate about giving the best of themselves . Mike has 8 years in UK and 10 years in Italy restoring marble and other natural / man made floors , clearly with so much experience, great work ethic and state of the art equipment.

Our travertine and marble stone floors were a mess. Stone gurus have transformed them. Far better than when new. Amazing job by Mike and his team. Very very pleased. People think we’ve had the floor replaced.

Mihai and his team did several jobs at a property I own - repair of chip to limestone stair, deep clean of limestone floors and wooden floor sanding and oil protection. An excellent job was done all-round, to the extent the carpet cleaner who came to the property the next day thought the wooden floor was brand new! The floor had been laid 20 years ago! The limestone floors came up really well too, grout lines cleaned, looking fresh again. Work was done cleanly, property respected and they did not leave until I returned to inspect and ensure I was happy with their work. Mihai was punctual when he both came to quote and turned up for the work. Stone Guru take their craft seriously and overall service was great. Highly recommended.

I was moving out of my apartment and doing the final clean. I bought a selection of cleaning products from Sainsbury’s including a descaler. I poured descaling solution around the bathroom sink, bath taps and shower taps, I also poured around the shower head, hose and all stainless steel areas. I left the solution and came back to find it completed destroyed the stone sink surround and large bath/ shower tiles. The tiles turned pure white before my eyes, I was horrified and started to panic. It looks absolutely shocking and it was my move out date. I quickly googled to see what I could do in this situation and the first website to come up was Stone Guru. Not knowing anything about this, I phoned the mobile number on the website and I spoke to a lovely man. I explained the terrible situation I was in and he asked me to send pictures and will phone me back to review and send a quote. I was panicking about the time I had left to vacate the property and also the cost. I could see from the website that this company work with Harrods, Harvey Nicols and Graff so I knew they would be very experienced. Within 5 minutes I received a text message with the quote which was very reasonable for the disastrous mess that the bathroom was in. I explained again that it was an absolute emergency as I was due to vacate the property within 2 hours. Stone Guru was in Cenral London and not too far from me. He said he would attend within 30 minutes. I was a little dubious as I didn’t think anyone would be able to repair. Within an hour, the bathroom looked better than new! I literally couldn’t believe me eyes. Stone Guru had restored and eradicated the problem, he even cleaned the bathroom floor after. I can’t thank Store Guru enough, he was very professional and got on with the job immediately and worked so hard to complete as quickly as possible without rushing and with total precision. I was absolutely amazed at the results. Thank you so much for resolving my situation and with such a friendly and calm manner. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Stone Guru is reliable and a true expert! Thank you again🙏🏻
