Used this company before. Unfortunately on my latest order the tiles were delayed. I spoke to a lady on the phone who confirmed that they were in stock and I have gone to place the order and the lady got the tile wrong. Although I asked for some compensation as I had booked the tiler in and I will now receive a cancellation charge but they wouldn't offer anything. Won't be dealing with them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered 61 boxes of tiles costing £847.90 based on the photos and description on their website, but the tiles I received looked completely different in both quality and appearance. Unfortunately, I only realised this after installation had already begun, and even when I returned 36 unused boxes, the refund amount did not match what it should have been. On top of that, I also paid £92 for delivery.
I expected excellent quality, especially paying almost triple the price compared to retail stores, but instead the tiles make my bathroom look like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years. The sample I received originally looked fine, but the actual tiles delivered had visible dirty-looking patches, which I only discovered once they were installed. This entire experience has been stressful, misleading, and very poor value for money. They even charge me £100 for returning their faulty items. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic. Very pleased with my porcelain tiles ie the Lunar Bianco Carved Stone Effect Porcelain 120 x 60 cm tiles. They look fantastic in my new bathroom. Great friendly service. My only slight niggle was the delivery driver who delivered them curb side. He got back in his lorry and his passing shot was careful cutting the straps as the tiles will all collapse in a heap. We found this wasn't the case, so an unnecessary stress put on us.

We had a fantastic experience with Stonesuperstore. We visited the Wilmslow showroom (with our dog) and were warmly welcomed by the team. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. After receiving great advice and being able to view the options in person, we decided on the Kensington Beige Porcelain tiles. They look stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and overall result. Highly recommended!

Brilliant customer service and products!

Andrea in particular was so helpful for us as we had such a large order. Nothing request or question was a problem to her at all. She managed it perfectly and got our tiles out quickly, including checking the 2 seperate delivery batches were the same for tile colour comparison.

The tiles themselves arrived in perfect condition, delivery company also really lovely. We can’t wait to have them installed. Will 100% use them again

We bought our kitchen/utility & toilet floor tiles from stone superstore. It was the only place I found that did imitation limestone floor tiles that actually look like limestone. They are perfect!!

The staff were amazing, so nice & so helpful.
Delivery was also so straight forward.
One bag of the grout was split, I rang and Hannah had a replacement sent out straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from Stone Superstore again. Highly recommend!!

Great prices on a huge range of products.
I was initially concerned placing an order reading some of the reviews re delivery issues. But I found a paving slab for an amazing price, all aspects went very smoothly, slabs arrived very well packed, no damage and on the delivery date I requested. Because of the reviews re delivery I did call the day before delivery was due, and the lady on the phone laughed and said, “who knows? We’ve had a lot of issues with our couriers” which I found rather unnerving!
But all arrived on time

From my first visit to the Wilmslow store and warehouse, the service has been excellent all round and certainly didn’t disappoint. The team are brilliant — responsive, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. There’s a real family feel both in the store and at the warehouse.

Delivery was prompt and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The tiles are lovely, excellent quality, and I’m so pleased with them — especially after the mayhem I had with a previous builder.

My experience with the Stone Superstore has been fantastic. In fact, the service all around has been superb.
I saw a tile online and ordered a sample. I loved it. I didn’t need many, enough for a small bathroom, so it was a small order. The staff at the Stone Superstore have been wonderful. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been super helpful. An extra hurrah for Jamie-Lee, who has gone out of her way to help me, even when I had to call her, after the work had started, to order extra tiles because I hadn’t ordered enough! She was brilliant. She is a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Stone Superstore and will certainly use them again for future projects.
My bathroom, by the way, looks beautiful. I wasn’t looking forward to having it done because of the upheaval in my small house. But now that it’s over, of course it was worth it!

Hugely impressed. I spoke to Rebecca on 2nd Sept to order some tiles which were showing as out of stock online. She checked and some were due shortly. As promised she sent me a link to pay as the billing address was different to the delivery address which was very simple to use. I was contacted the next day to say they had come in and we arranged delivery for 4th Sept. Conversations were confirmed via email each time and the attention to detail regarding delivery was very professional, checking the ease of delivery for the driver and customer. She made the purchase very straightforward and simple. If only all companies were the same.
