We ordered a mixture of porcelain tiles and LVT flooring. The team were really helpful with advice on amounts to purchase as well as going the extra mile with a query I had about delivery. The product is really good, but the team were the stars as they made quite a big order feel really easy to purchase and get delivered!

Friendly helpful staff and good quality limestone tiles.
Arranged delivery to suit my timeline, delivery driver most helpful managing to get the tiles outside my house which I didn't expect.
Unfortunately had a few faulty tiles which I received replacements for within 48 hours (- thank you Jamie).
Would happily recommend this company.

Great quality tiles. My house looks amazing with the Kensington white antique effect porcelain stone looking tiles, and the cost was so reasonable! Great customer service too.

I am very pleased with everything from the swift response to my initial (on-line) contact, the support with measurements and some very samples, right up to placing my order and delivery. The tiles for my kitchen look amazing and I certainly recommend this company to anybody for their excellent customer service and excellent product. We have ordered tiles from this company three times now and they have been brilliant each time. The free samples they send are large, which makes it much easier to choose the right ones for your project. Also, on a couple of occasions we've needed to contact them for advice or to change an order and they've been incredibly helpful. We also found them really competitively priced when comparing them with other companies selling similar or, in some cases, identical products.

Great customer service experience, I had two pallets delivered and unfortunately a couple of breakages during transit despite being expertly packaged. No problem for the team to rectify and replacements received within 48 hours. Rebecca was brilliant.

First of all, the free samples you get from this company are large, which helps a lot in selecting the right one! All samples were beautiful and of excellent quality and the ones we decided to go with for our bathroom turned out to be amazing! Also the customer support is amazing, many thanks to Jamie!

The samples were quick. The tiles delivered were of a good quality & thickness (even the builders were impressed). Big bonus: great after-sales service through delivery and general helpfulness.

I bought some LVT tiles off this company. I made several calls before purchasing them and each time I was treated politely and with respect and all my questions answered clearly and to my satisfaction. I collected the tiles from their warehouse and once again the customer service was exemplary - making me feel a valued customer even though my order was only a small one. The tiles are now down in the kitchen and look great - at a great price too. Thanks.

Ordered over 100sqm of flagstones and whilst there were some issues with a number of broken ones, Matt dealt with this promptly and didn’t hold us up. Brilliant!

We have bought from the Stone Superstore before and have been really pleased with them and their customer service. It was good to be able to see the stone on the floor and decide which one we liked best.

I would definitely recommend stone superstore. The branch in Wilmslow have been brilliant from beginning to end. I ordered beautiful tiles which were delivered to Liverpool, this was really straightforward and none of the tiles were broken. The shop and area are also lovely to visit to see the tiles in person also. Thank you to Dan for all your advice & support.
