What can I say - parasites!!!! Please please please do not use these people they will take EVERYTHING you have and there is no paper trail and they refuse to send evidence of work done (if any). The worse people I have ever had to deal with. If I could give a -10 I would they are the worst!!!

They told me they would only me charge 10% of the value of the future sale of my property. But the paperwork stated £40,000 which is at least £10, 000 more than the house value. It put my mind at rest thinking that they would stop my property being repossessed but on the day before the repossession was due they rang me to say that I needed to attend court immediately as they hadn't been able to stop the repossession which was way too late as the court doesn't even allow you to see someone and even after dropping off the paperwork I didn't hear back from the court. Needless to say the repossession went ahead. I am minded to believe that this was a ruthless means of extorting £40k from desperate people as they didn't do what they promised to do but would have been paid handsomely as a result. Steer clear of these sharks!

push aggressive and utterly unprofessional do not use them they are rude a will threaten you with litigation for work not done nothing but parasites

I would like to say a big thank you to Luke Memory and Phil. I had just lost my husband and the mortgage company wanted to take my house, due to a charge on the house I could not sell. I was in a mess, it looked as if I wouldn't have anywhere to live nor money. But Luke and Phil sorted the charge, sold my house and got me some money. I couldn't pay the bill at the start of the work, so I signed some money over at completion.As I had only lost my husband 4 month's before I was still very confused about everything, but the very kind thoughtful Phil would phone me to offer support, Luke phoned me with updates. Nothing was done without me saying yes or no. I would use this company again. Thank you Janice

They where unable to help resolve my situation sadly but to add insult to injury they over charged me by £100.00, to this date I still haven't had a refund after countless phone calls, e-mails and letters. It's now been 14 months and still no refund or communication. I would certainly avoid because you would expect a company you put your trust in during a difficult time would at least have the processes in place for something as simple as a refund.

Brilliant, utterly brilliant. They're passionate about what they do, thorough and knowledgable. They fought tooth and nail to save my house and they succeeded. I cant thank them enough.

If you are in the banksters grip !! get these guys to set you free from the stress, sleepless nights and worry, they calmly lead you through the agro with sensible advice and action which ends in what you need the positive result to be .......KEEPING YOUR HOME, the media should be singing their praises from the roof tops we certainly are.

Excellent service, very professional we were facing eviction and we went to see the Citizens Advice Bureau and they said it would be very tough and couldn't help us at court. We didn't know where to turn and saw Revival on-line and called them and from that moment we felt that someone was in our corner. They explained everything to us about the process, prepared all the paperwork for court and sent a solicitor to represent us. We saved our home and I expect my marriage as well. I can't thank Revival enough thank you once again for an excellent job.

I was about toget my house taken from me I started searching for someone to help found revival gave them a call they was very help full on my court date. A solictor came we talk about my case and went into court room and they saved me from loosing my house I am very greatful and I highly recommend them.

Extremely helpful and professional at a very emotional time. Luke and the team were very reassuring and were happy to answer any questions that we had. The solicitor who represented us in court was fully briefed about our case and put us at ease immediately. I am happy to say that almost three years later we have no mortgage arrears and are still in our home. I would recommend Revival to any one in a similar situation.

Helpful from the start when I was at a lowest point and facing losing my house. Helped every step of the way and all staff were always happy to help with the every question. 2 years on and I still have my house and am in a much better financial situation. Initially I was drawn to trust this service after speaking to Luke who was very reassuring. However, I soon found out that Luke does not lead the cases and it's passed onto someone else within the company and he keeps his eye on it. The person I was dealing with, who I am not going to name on here was very unhelpful. Repossession is a very emotional process as those who have been through it will know, however this person showed no emotion or understanding whatsoever. He did not like the fact that we kept asking him questions, wanting to know what was happening, despite the fact I was paying for the service! He was extremely rude on the phone on numerous occasions despite knowing the sensitivity of the situation. They claim to be experts but they are the opposite. You pay the company money first then to hire a solicitor to represent you in court you need to pay a few hundred more. I would never recommend this company or service to anyone. They are not helpful at all, not understanding whatsoever and are only in it to make money. Don't be deceived by Luke's words.

absolutely useless, don't go near them

When I was faced with repossession I didn't know where to turn. I did an internet search and found this company which seemed very professional at a reasonable price, as when when your in that predicament you obviously don't have a bundles of cash around. turned out to be very much worth the money, they run circles round the banks representative and we came out with our home in tact.

Every time I think about this company I am reminded how they took my payment then stood back and let the repossession take place.
They are a fraud as they did not ask the correct questions to check if they could even help. I would not recommend them and I am very angry at how they are able to sell a service that they don't fulfill.
As a company, they are only interested in getting a fee for doing nothing.
I stand by this review and am happy to back it up with evidence.

Great organisation which should be more widely known about supporting people when they are in difficulties and isolated because of the stigma of mortgage arrears and lenders paying lip service to regulations where they should help their own customers. Gave me the confidence to take on my lender and get my arrears status cancelled as I could prove that if they had helped and not dragged their feet over processing time £6000 of arrears would not of accrued.
