Awful, ordered 2 wooden boxes online, the Lower Hutt store rammed one inside the other breaking both boxes. Zero care given in packaging. That attitude in emails is poor, almost making me feel it was my fault that they sent me 2 broken boxes at a cost of $50. Wouldn't buy from again, wouldn't recommend.
