It’s prohibitively expensive to use the bridge. Especially for pensioners.
A weekend same day return costs 340 DKK. A much cheaper price will enable families to more frequently visit each other on week ends and on one day week end travels.
We applied for the discount contract for crossing the Storebælt bridge with our camper, but a bit short-term. The email stated up to 5 business days processing time. After a very friendly phone call it was activated in less than 1 day. Thank you very much. - Next time we will inform ourselves early.

Passed the bridge, but was charged the wrong amount. I contacted customer service with all details, but never got any reply. Even after re-contacting them no reply or any sign of life was given.
If anyone from storebaelt is reading this, PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!! This is outrageous.

I was charged 620 kr for passing by with a van, as if it were a truck! I want my overpaid money back.

Customer service is mediocre. I have a discount contract. However, I was overcharged. No matter how many times I sent an e-mail, no attention was paid. I explained all the official registration numbers and the incident in detail. No one understands the situation and responds yet. Event date is 04-07-2024. Today is 15-07-2024, but ridiculous answers are still coming.

What an absolute disgrace this customer service is! They ultimately held me to ransom on the bridge to steal from me, claiming my payment never went through and I had to pay again to cross the bridge. I can see this is not the first time this has happened. Customer Service is non existent. All that is left now is to start criminal proceedings. Maybe then they will stop this act of theft by ransom! They obviously keep getting away with it

1,8 is too high.
First they don’t communicate and let me wait for months. After trying again, they do say their busy. After trying again and again I finally get a reply that there was an unsent email from their side and they would help me. They only need my details so they can transmit the refund. Once I provided, they reply it’s too late now… yes… it’s been months of trying to get a reply and this is what you get. My suggestion: if you’re double charged on the bridge… don’t bother. They will not help you. I do hope they use the money to invest in good costumer service.

Tried for 3 months to get a refund for a double charge. Spoke to many different people. Wait weeks for any responses. Nobody wants to actually sort out the problem or even try to understand it. Everytime I get contacted I have to send the details again and again. Each time it has nearly been solved I get someone else asking how they can help me. I have got to the stage once where I sent my bank details to receive the refund only to be told I had to start a new case. I have actually cycled through the customer service agents. The same agent dealing with the same case weeks later but of course they have no idea what I’m talking about. Can’t spend the energy on it anymore. I would recommend ensuring when you are at the bridge even if there is a long queue behind sorting it out there and then and don’t leave until it is. Because despite there being a form on the website related to problems, getting that problem resolved is not guaranteed.
