To be clear, it was not the first time that I bought something from Cecotec and with the first product we were happy... unfortunately the last product bought, just killed any positive experience.
We acquired a vaccuum cleaner, bag free and with 800W seemed a fine choice. After a few times used, it started losing power, even emptying the container everytime and cleaning the sponge. I contacted customer support and they asked me to buy a new filter, which I did not accept, after solely 5 times of usage. I asked for support and they offered me a pickup and repair, which didn´t happen twice, even after confirming with them by phone. The third time, I asked for a shipping number and went personally to a UPS station to hand it over. Now, after over two weeks waiting, I received the vaccuum cleaner back, the package totally wrecked and the vaccuum cleaner doesn´t work AT ALL!
I am so disappointed and I will claim reimbursement.
