Great facilities and excellent knowledgeable staff. The only criticism is the car par as you drive in needs seriously sorting. It has two barely visible islands as you drive in which can be hazardous. If they were removed it would be easier to enter the gates. Also the hedge as you drive out of the gates prevents you seeing oncoming vehicles and again is hazardous. Other than that this is the third time we have used you and wouldn’t go elsewhere now. Great team!

Fabulous service! Staff are only too willing to help. Great welfare facilities with free tea and coffee. Really good introductory offer to new customers. Will recommend this company to friends and family who require storage facilities.

A fantastic service overall. I have got to know most members of staff at the Cheshire Oaks site. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager, Kat, is very welcoming and totally understands customer needs. Her team are focused & thrive on attention to detail. We have more than one Unit as a family member is moving back to Wirral. They have been so helpful from the start. We would not hesitate in recommending their services.
