Worst service ever

Net works fine but they have the worse service ever. Net went out, i call them and they say will be fixed within 24 hours. It has been 4 days and still nothing has been done. Have called atleast 10to 15times and everytime get the same scripted response thats team will come in some hours and everytime they are lying. They said services are online for eid then the next day say that teams are on vacation. Also asked to talk to manager atleast 5 differrent times and each time they just made excuses. Honest advise is that unless you have really high net usage dont get storm fibre as it is not worth due to these service issues which come every 2 months atleast.

Disappointed

I have been using storm finer since 2 years, was good service but now their customer service and connection getting worse, they pay 0 attention on your complaints and if your connection doesn’t work they even fix that problem after 2 or 3 days on their own problem. I m really very disappointed now sick and tired, have been calling but still no response

POOR Customer Service ..

POOR Customer Service ... They Ghost The CustomerS

- 38 Hours since the support ticket was raised
- Sent 3 emails, but no help
- Sent messages on Messenger, but no response
- Called Customer Service 9 times, heard the same generic templated answers telling that the complaint has been escalated
- Heard 2x that the manager would call, but no call received
- Field operation team is out for me for the last 6 hrs but haven't reached my place in the same city.. #LOL

Very bad and very sad and really…

Very bad and very sad and really horrible. I buy 20mb butmy speed test only 6mb omg 😳. This is really worst internet service I’m facing at my home. I dunno where 14 mb is being sold for my connection the internet not working so why it is called storm really I don’t know very low level but they are very focused on billing and timely payment

I had an issue in my service for last 4-days

I had an issue in my service, and I called the office, and they told me that they will befixed in 24 hours, but I am still out of service for the last 4-days.

I will never recommend anyone not to use this company. They are lying & misleading the customer, and are never on time.

I am asking the Pakistani Government to cancel this company's licence and send them back home, where they come from. They are liars and mislead customers.

StormFiber Took My Money...But Never Gave Internet

StormFiber Took My Money...But Never Gave Internet, Not Even For A Single Minute!

I got a new connection installed by StormFiber, but the internet has not worked even once. Not even for a single minute. Zero usage.

Starting from day one:

I was told installation would be done in 8–10 days. Reality? Team showed up after around 15 days, and that too after constant follow-ups.

Their sales rep Zeeshan Akram kept ignoring calls and messages after I paid the invoice.

Finally when the team came, technician Waqas installed everything and said: “Sir, 1 ghante ke andar net chal jayega.”

I waited 2 hours… nothing.

I then contacted him asking that the net isn't working and his reply after hours was: “Sir, kal chal jayega.”

Matlab? Why tomorrow? No explanation, just ignored my messages straight away!

I messaged Zeeshan again, no response. After delay, he said: “Sir mazrat, kal dopahar first half mein team aa jayegi.”

I waited the entire day. No one showed up.

Same morning, called the helpline as well, and they also said k evening tk team ajaegi, however the whole day passed, and no team came.

At this point I had enough. I told Zeeshan I’ll post about this on social media.

Suddenly he replies instantly:
“Sir aise na karein, main abhi net on karwata hoon.”

I was at office, so I called home to check.

Still no internet.

After this, I called for refund. They told me to email billing, I did. No response. Called again, no update.

Then I visited their branch. They checked and confirmed: internet hasn’t worked even once.

They told me: “Within 24–48 hours, your refund will be processed.”

I confirmed multiple times. They reassured me that I'll get a confirmation email within 24-48 hours and said refund takes around 20 working days after processing.

Main ne ghar call karke router OFF karwa diya.

5 minutes baad call aati hai ke "router ON kardein sir kuch check karna hai”.

I asked directly: “Why? So you can turn it on now and later say service was used?”

Agent says: “Sir, ek moqa to dein.”

Seriously???

I just told you I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE, aur ab aap keh rahe ho router on karo?

At this point, it honestly feels like they’ve just taken the money and disappeared.

No service. No response. No accountability.

This is a BIG company, and this is the level of service? No respect for customer time or money. New customers ki koi value hi nahi hai.

If this is how they treat customers at the start, you can clearly imagine what the future looks like with them.

Really disappointed. Would not recommend at all.

Quite literally a nightmare to use…

Quite literally a nightmare to use Storm Fiber services. They were good when we first started using a few years back, but they've gotten progressively worse after time. The internet stops working literally week, even when you're paying on time. Customer service is a joke. They tell you that they'll send a team in 24 hours and then they take over 4 days to get here. They're constantly delaying customers and making excuses, while I'm losing my minutes every week on these jokers who can't even give a straight response.
Definitely not recommended

One of the worst internet service providers in Islamabad. Despite multiple complaints, nothing gets resolved. They keep blaming different applications instead of fixing the actual issue. Strome fiber service in Quetta…

Strome fiber service in Quetta Balochistan is very poor. Their main service wire is single core which broke due to cold weather and strong winds. once disconnected they dont bother to resolve and it take almost 3 to 4 days to reconnect.

Trustpilot Says It All

I've written over 50 emails explaining that my wifi basically dies during peak night hours [ 7 - 12 PM ] with every single proof like packet loss showing over 20% packets being lost and several more. But nah the support got their chatgpt replies ready. They keep you in a cycle, 1st asking you for proofs, after you send proof, they show they've tested it themselves and found no issue. When you ask whats the issue they say "It may vary" and the cycle starts again. Proof, result, Proof. They got like 10 "Help desk engineers" who dont know shit. Just their copy pasted chatgpt replies. When you mail more than 2 times, a different guy comes who doesnt know anything what the topic is and just pastes a large ass paragraph.
I dont even need to explain much as this trustpilot got over 100 one star reviews. But yea their so called "Best internet in Pakistan" is a myth and will always remain a myth.

Calling your call center is completely useless. The representatives are non-technical, unprofessional, and unable to understand or resolve basic internet issues. They simply read scripts and escalate tickets without any real outcome.

My internet speed is so slow that I cannot attend online meetings, which is directly affecting my work. This level of service is unacceptable for a company claiming to provide reliable internet.

Frankly speaking, it feels like your team does not care about customers at all. I strongly suggest that StormFiber hire qualified technical staff and improve service standards so customers are not left frustrated and helpless.

Misleading Sales Promises & No Installation Date

I registered StormFiber internet on 3 January 2026, was promised installation by 5–6 January, and specifically informed them that I am a remote worker who urgently needs internet. On 6 January, I was abruptly told it will take 14 days due to company policy — something the sales rep never disclosed. I still have no fixed installation date, and this has jeopardized my job. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer care.
