I'm actually writing regarding Stormsure.com.au. I would highly recommend stearing clear of them as they are yet to deliver my product ordered back at the start of February & they do not respond to any email status enquires or concerns. Apparently owned GID based in China which makes it difficult to talk to anyone in person. It's a shame they are are tarnishing Stormsures name from the UK by using it to represnt their Australian website.

It always arrives quickly, just one thing I guess we are all used to emails from companies we order from to confirm the order and a couple of times I haventvhad an email prompting a phone call from myself to confirm they always respond it's just a minor niggle but you wonder if the orders gone through or not so do you order again or ring ??

The site was easy to navigate, the glue I ordered arrived the next day. I used the product to mend a shoe where the sole was coming away from the uppers, the mend has worked very well.

I ordered via your Australian Stormsure company based in North Melbourne. They did not send order . I emailed GiD brands support team. They stated that their E commerce store did not communicate to the warehouse. This resulted in the order not being sent and they have since run out of stock. They have not resolved my enquiries and are no longer responding to my emails. We are now trying to be refunded via our bank for the transaction. Consumers beware the Australian distributor is inept.

Stormsure is simply one of the very best, most useful and most effective, products on earth. I've been using it and recommending it for years. It's indispensable.

simple to find what I wanted, read about, order. arrived quickly and well packaged

When the first order went missing they immediately offered to refund or re-send, I went re-send, the replacement arrived safely

Hope that the repair products lives up to expectations and fixes a wellie boot leak. I am confident given previous experience.

The Stormsure products are great, really great and the company, or at least the person I spoke to - really great too, great customer service - they're all round GREAT!

I've used Shoe Glu to repair leaks in my golf boots. The leaks were quite extensive but have sealed well.
I've given the product 4 stars rather than 5 because I can't vouch for the longevity of the repair.
