I'm glad they were able to help me with a recent charge that occurred, and that they issue refunds if you have not used their service from time of billing. Downgraded mid subscription
I understand that company platforms change, but to change me mid subscription from an audio/video feature down to audio only?? Yeah, not cool. Really sad as I had been with you for almost 8 years. Should have let me keep my features until my subscription ran out at least. Not good to burn bridges in the midst of AI on the rise.

I accidentally payed for a plan I did not intend to. I wrote an email but I thought that the chances of getting a refund would be low.
I was wrong. I got an email back in about 1h or so, precise and straightforward, telling me it was no problem and got the refund back immediately, hassle free. And the person on the other side was very nice and understanding. I real human conversation among all there AI costumer services we get nowadays. Made me trust storyblocks much more than before
