It is not a real jellycat

It is not a real jellycat. The bunny isn’t even the right color, the fur isn’t the right texture, the pumpkin is wrong, and it feels cheap.

Extremely Poor quality

Was sent timmy turtle, paid $83+ for this toy. Recieved in poor condition his arm has been sewn back on by hand with white cotton and is about to fall off. I asked for a resolution and was offered minimal ie small % off next purchase. I do not want another purchase i wanted an intact timmy for my daughters birthday. Very poor service. Ample time has been given for a resolution. Not happy at all
