Barry achieved this in a very safe and efficient manner.

Barry the delivery driver was early this morning and was very helpful getting our roof supplies into the best spot down our driveway. Which has its challenges with overhead cables and a container parked on the front lawn.

After going to two other places, I went to Stratco at Gepps Cross to get a quote on a shed and portico that were not straight forward designs. Staff member Craig C was patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful. I was happy with the design and quote and he gave me confidence to proceed with our plans.

A plant I wanted that was only available at Stratco was out of stock. They took my name and contact number and said when it came in again they would call me. Never thought it would happen, but last week I got a call saying it was on order. Today they called me and said it was back in stock. I now have a magnificent plant for a very reasonable price. Love this service from the Garden Dept at the Gepps Cross store.

Never ever again!
Ordered a small gate, for $900 I received a bunch of metal poles (6weeks later!), screws in a bag...no assembly instructions. When I called them-aswer was "find it in the internet". I asked them some professionals to give me a quote to assemble-waiting 3 weeks already, noone contacted me.
No customer service at all, no attitude.

I was at Stratco Gepps Cross this morning. I was served by a very friendly young man at about 9:45 at the Trade Desk at Gepps Cross.
Sadly I didn't get his name but he was Friendly, helpful, cheerful and was so helpful. He is a real asset to the Business.

Customer service at Stratco Gepps Cross is not professional with any type of correspondence with clients or just me.
I have put in a quotation order in to Customer service by logging into by web site to be priced out for a important client for a veranda 4 weeks ago and still waiting for some type of contact
I have no satisfaction or will recommend Stratco Customer service for the poor effort I will be taking my work elsewhere

Ordered stuff online, it was delivered the day they said, craned over the fence easily. Not much else to say. Quick and easy.

Good quality products and good customer service

Went in to buy some polycarbonate sheets- had some assistance from Peter and Mike. The customer service and product knowledge was top notch. They were more than happy to help.

Ordered and paid online. Drove to store to pick up. Waited 30 minutes to get served and then no item and none in stock. Pathetic.

All potted colour dead so almost nothing available for sale

Shed installed for us, has not been bolted down straight, otherwise all good.

First time using click & collect and it took nearly 30 minutes as computer glitches and they had no record of my purchase.

I showed my paperwork and payment slip which in the end resulted in my goods being received.

Would have been quicker just to enter and purchase the items outright.

The staff were very apologetic and helpful and Yes I would use click and collect again.

We went to buy a click and collect and then we had a look around and we were surprised at very completive prices and the good quality and health or the plants in the garden centre.
I will surely come again.

Ordered to pick up, told it was ready, however when we arrived to pick up, was not ready and storeman had to make a few calls and finally found it. Perhaps a little missed communication.

I did click and collect and the staff member was excellent.
