My experience wasn’t anywhere near great. I contacted stratco saying there were drawings missing. They said they didn’t supply them anymore.(it was on the packing sheet though) my council needs drawings. The ‘online only’ instructions (none supplied) kept referring to the drawings. Footings size/depth etc. company seems to be uninterested. Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Placed an order and paid for delivery of items, paying a high fee to deliver and giving three weeks notice for delivery to occur. On day of delivery, No Show! called store at 3.30pm and told, order was placed on the truck and delivery would be done by 6pm. Did not arrive and not impressed at all.

We ordered a Stratco Outback kit back on 28th January 2024. It arrived in Yamba NSW in due course without a hitch from Ormeau. We had an installer build this construction There were wrong gable joiners sent in the kit,had to wait days for the correct ones to arrive. The design is not good, the gable roof leaks, rusting tech screws, pop rivets show denting, poly carb sheeting is joined with tape. We have had nothing but issues, namely leaks and rust right up til the 3rd September, (8 months later) when installer was returning to rectify problems. I would not reccommend a Stratco Outback for the expensive price and inferior materials

I visited the shop today, 28 Aug 24, looking for a couple of hard to get parts that the internet couldn’t help me with.

One part was in stock, and the other wasn’t. The guys I spoke with went out of their way to help me identify where I might go looking for the part they couldn’t help me with.

I was very impressed with the customer service they provided. Thanks guys.

Ordered three different ‘Titanium’ garage cabinets, after a call to Stratco, to confirm a couple of configuration questions. The operator, Annette, was very helpful and informative. The cabinets arrived in perfect condition seven days later. Assembly was pretty straightforward and the quality of the panels are very structurally sound. Front panel comes complete with doors attached. Very well thought through assembly, with no external fixings visible. These Australian made cabinets are worth every cent over the cheap imports available from hardware stores.

I got my delivery on time and without fuss. Sam rolled up in his immaculate Kenworth truck and I knew that my delivery was going to be spot on.

Steve from Stratco delivered our order with the highest level of efficiency. Once the palette was craned over the fence, he helped put away the shed in the backyard on a trolley. Friendly and approachable, thanks very much Steve.

I spoke to Nga in the Service centre about retrieving my Stratco member number prior to placing an order. Not only did she provide my member number, but processed my order, helped me use my Stratco credit, and pointed me in the direction of a discount that I was not aware of. Superstar service from Nga in the Service Centre.

The shelves were very easy to find online and the ordering process was good. The staff were very helpful when I came to pick them up.

They were easy to put together and my carport now looks much tidier.

Stratco Fyshwick were amazing with customer service. Alys was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. We were purchasing a large patio roof and Alys was fabulous in organising this to happen. Also, Saul was the guy who delivered the product last week. He had driven to Canberra from Sydney. He was absolutely fantastic in delivering the various components safely and professionally. It was a pretty tight area that he had to place the components onto (and they were huge and very heavy!). He even helped us move our car with a flat battery that was in the way. And even though it was really hard yakka he smiled the whole time and was such a lovely guy!

The Guys at the dandenong Branch were very helpful with my click and collect , even loading the product in to my car.
