I would suggest anyone avoids this dealership at all costs. Trying to arrange a courtesy car is essentially impossible; they don't keep records; they don't return calls; they don't follow up to resolve issues - and it appears from the outside to be a shambles in terms of the lack of organisation and ownership that it is (not) taken. Customer service couldn't be worse
Tamworth Audi…
My car broke down in Tamworth round the corner from Audi. I was advised service booking for diagnostics was 10 weeks away get the car home and call Audi Assist. They offered to send either an AA patrol or Audi Tech i opted for Audi. Three hrs later the AA arrived and diagnosed over 150 faults. Car was transported next day to Audi Tamworth. A week later they looked at my car and claim they found 4 faults and cleared them. During transport each of my 4 alloys were damaged. My Audi connect app stopped working when i collected the car. After 8 weeks of back and forth with Audi Connect and Tamworth my car is still not right. Spoke to Audi Connect who have confirmed they had sent the booking request 3 days ago and i had also requested contact via their website. After Tamworth replied to my review on google to contact Audi customer service which i have done twice i am yet to get a reply from Tamworth. I will be taking this matter further,by making a formal complaint to head office regards the lack of comunication Tamworth give. Numberous emails and calls all ignored. So Tamworth do not reply asking me to contact customer care because they dont give a ...k You have my details . My car is the grey Audi A6 bought in via transporter which ended up with 4 damaged wheels. If you wish you can call to discuss. Callum i believe is the dealership manager you really need to look into how your staff perform. Three days since 3 or more requests made no contact from Tamworth.

Probably the worst experience of my…
Probably the worst experience of my life at Tamworth Audi !
Decided to p/x my A5 avant tdi in for a A6 e-tron due to the ever increasing of fuel costs
Day of exchange, took my A5 to Tamworth Audi, signed all paperwork and drove away with A6 e-tron
Now please note the A5 still had finance outstanding and we’d taken out more finance for the A6
You would think Tamworth Audi would have paid off the A5 finance on day of exchange but no !
Due to this we now had two cars on finance adding up to nearly £1600 a month
We only found this out because we started getting default letters for non payment on our A5 p/x that Audi Tamworth had in there possession
After a number of emails/ phone calls to Tamworth and the finance company, each blaming each other we decided to return the A6 and collect the A5 from them that was still registered in our name
The head of business at Tamworth said it was impossible because all commission had been paid, scratching my head in the office in Tamworth I noticed a board on the wall with all sales of cars and targets they have to meet
In the end they showed me a email stating all outstanding finances had been paid that day ( over 3 weeks it took them) as stated in this time we have received default letters/ phone calls stating we are behind with payment
This has caused massive stress and we will never use Audi Tamworth again
It’s all about sales figures and targets and they don’t care about customers,
One other thing, upon collection of A6 e- tron it hadn’t even been cleaned inside or out
Don’t worry Tamworth Audi it was only a 50k car
Long read but worth it if you want to buy a car from Tamworth Audi
Would rate less than one star if I could. Long read but worth it if you’re looking to buy a new car. I initially booked a test drive in which the car was meant to be dropped to my home address due to distance. I was given the big sell and promised a home delivery. On the day of the test drive, they were meant to arrive at 10am, I then had a phone call at 9:55 stating that they wouldn’t be able to bring the car to myself due to tests not being done for the car to go on the motorway. Due to this I had to make a 2 hour round trip and alter plans made for that weekend (if I would have known about the service I would have received I wouldn’t have done this) bearing In mind the test drive was booked in a week prior so would have expected the tests to have been done at that point. Buying the car went smoothly once there and made full payment on the day in question. From here I was again promised a delivery date from the garage for the next week. This ended up taking a total of 10 days as they had not taken the dual controls off which could have been done the many months the vehicle was on the forecourt. 10 days later and I received the car after chasing via email and phone call to only then find out Sophia was on holiday and the handover hadn’t been handled correctly.
The day I received the car, it was dropped off at my home address and there was no v5 with the car. I asked the delivery driver and he said they have already told me about the v5 as well as the spare key which I also hadn’t received. I hadn’t been informed about this and so again had to call the garage and could not get through yet again to someone for over an hour, turned out they did not have the v5 for my vehicle and so I could not tax it. I was told I could drive the car on the tax already on it to which I told them that was illegal and has been for a number of years! This wasn’t solved into five hours after the delivery of the car.
Due to the issues I’ve had, I was told that there would be compensation this has not been received to this day 8 weeks on
I have now spent the last 7 weeks chasing my spare key to which I have only received today. During those 7 weeks the communication was none existent and whenever I tried to get in contact I was promised a call back again which never happened. Every time I would call I would have yet another excuse that they were busy and could not talk.
The 2nd key has now been received however it is not programmed to my car and the car cuts out each time I try and start it with the spare key.
To top off the horrendous customer support I have received, I got in the post a letter stating the tax on my old vehicle which was part exchanged 8 weeks ago, had ran out and there was a possibility of a fine due to this. This was due to the fact that the garage had not sent the V5 off to change the registered keeper this should have been done by the garage but they had not actioned it, I was told that this was missed due to annual leave/out of office.
To say this garage is meant to be reputable and considering how much money is spent by customers you would expect better customer service as a whole.
Throughout the whole process I dealt with Sophia who was never available and made excuses at each turn, Daniel who turned out to be a finance manager and didn’t deal with sales and Stephen who was meant to be a manager but again never returned any calls or emails… all in all I feel the staff at Audi Tamworth need a training course in customer services!!
I would recommend to steer as far away from Tamworth Audi unless you want to chase on a daily with no response. Have excuse after excuse given to you and be lied to. Honestly take your money elsewhere

Thank you to Leah Anderson & Ellie Hicks from the service team at Audi Tamworth. They both provided an exceptional standard of service: friendly, polite, welcoming, recognised customer loyalty, demonstrated laterally thinking in respect of service interval options, sought clarifications from technicians at our request on a specific point, cognisant of our commitments so were very punctual. Overall, a very nice experience. Will always go back to them for servicing needs.

First and Last Audi
I recently purchase a 4-year-old A6 Quattro, my first ever Audi, as I fancied a change as I'd been driving Jags and Mercs for the last 20 years.
To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement as this is the most frustrating, annoying, car I have ever owned.
I've bought the car around 4 months ago and have been faced with an ever-growing list of niggling issues such as
Memory seat function has a mind of its own and works when it feels like it
Phone connectivity issues, connects when it feels like it
The tailgate randomly opens for no reason
Rear wash wipe not working
Now, on top of all the niggling issues, the brake pad warning light came on and when I tried to book in for new pads, I was it would be around 4 weeks before they could fit me in.
Due to safety concerns I decided to take the car elsewhere to get new brake pads, but it turns out it needs front discs and pads and rear pads, all at a cost of around £800. I was told the work needs doing urgently.
I contacted Audi to advise them of this, as it is now major work on a car I’ve only recently purchased, but sadly I’ve not had any of the call backs I’ve been promised.
An £800 bill after only a few months is not what I would have expected from a reputable dealer
