Had our Jaguar serviced at Stratstone…

Had our Jaguar serviced at Stratstone Tonbridge. Next day the battery was totally dead. As it was only 6 months old it was to be replaced by others under warranty which was arranged for today. However as the battery was flat I could not open the boot to obtain access and none of the solutions on the internet worked so I called Stratstone to ask for advice. This was yesterday early afternoon. I explained it was urgent and was promised a call back asap. Still waiting. Fortunateley I'm a member of the AA who came out and sorted it within minutes!!

Absolutely terrible service from the…

Absolutely terrible service from the Tonbridge branch.
Car purchased and realised when we got home that one tyre showed a bulge in the wall. Reported to the branch and was told we must have damaged it.
Salesman would not let me speak to his manager. Made to feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Irony is we are trying to buy cover for the tyres and paintwork from Stratstone but they won’t forward the policy to us. Dreadful experience.
