Car did not arrive in agreed date it came 5 days later. Had to book a hire car.
Told would get refund for delivery charge taken 12 prompts to move it forward . Still waiting.
Car arrived with damage and no charge. I paid extra for full charge had to again request refund of this.
Car has since had numerous issues from tyre pressures all incorrect; unable to inflate as the auxiliary point on the car is not working.
There are malfunction issues messages on the car and now waiting for RAC. In addition the what seems like the suspension is banging. Car has not been prepared at all
I have had the RAC to the car via breakdown service and they report it has had 2 major tyre blow outs and landed in a very deep pot hole. The banging is coming from this side. Very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, the level of customer service and after-sales support fell well below the standard I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

I was expected to pay the full purchase price of the vehicle before being allowed to properly test-drive it. I also paid for an additional service that was presented as recommended and due at a high cost.

My main concern, however, relates to the condition of the vehicle and the checks carried out before the sale. In my experience, the vehicle inspection did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the car, including damage that was present on the vehicle before I purchased it.

This is particularly concerning because the pre-existing accident damage has subsequently been acknowledged by the same dealer at a different location. This has left me questioning the thoroughness and accuracy of the checks carried out before the vehicle was sold.

When I raised these issues after the purchase, I found the response extremely disappointing. I did not feel that my concerns were dealt with appropriately or that sufficient responsibility was taken for the issues that had arisen.

My experience has therefore been very disappointing from the initial purchase through to the after-sales process. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership carry out their own independent checks, inspect the vehicle extremely carefully, and ensure that any representations or assurances are confirmed in writing before making payment.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I am now considering taking further legal action to resolve the matter.

Efficient, friendly service. Car delivered back within designated time. Car washed and valeted.

I can’t fault Stratstone Mercedes Benz of Ayr. After test driving a demo A Class in April i knew it was the car for me.
I placed my order with Lee and with some delays it was recently brought to completion.
Lee and Mark were in constant communication with me though to ensure i was kept in the loop with the delay and when my car would be delivered.
On collection day the presentation was brilliant, best part was driving away in a brand new car for the first time.

From start to finish all went well

The way I was treated when I went to pick up my car. I was just handed my car keys and basically told to find my car. Not taken to the car to make sure it was to my satisfaction.

Just wanted to write about an amazing experience we had recently in Mercedes Benz branch in Ayr. Although we didn’t purchase the car with them (decided to go for a different brand) we have received an amazing customer service from the moment we entered the venue and followed with catch ups afterwards. Big shoutout to Chloe that was our sales executive. Would fully recommend the branch!

Professional and courteous. Car cleaned and valeted. Great experience except that the car needed an MOT which I thought would have flagged up on the system.
