Shocking service.
Porsche have had my car for just under a week for a service. I have received no updates, with me having to call them each time to get any news on the vehicle. No delivery date, no vehicle health check report, no payment link for works completed, nothing. All of this is on top of not having a courtesy car, leaving me unable to get to work or take my kids to after school clubs. The service has been shocking. I won't be using Porsche Colchester ever again.
