I brought my trousers to this tailor shop for hemming several times, but unfortunately the same issue happened each visit. I expected proper stitching, but the hem was never fully sewn.

I picked up the trousers again last Tuesday, and the stitching ripped after only a short time. When I inspected the hem, I found that instead of sewing all four parts properly, only one small section had been stitched or linked. This caused the hem to come undone repeatedly.

I have already returned to this shop three times for the same problem, but the issue was never fixed. I am disappointed with the workmanship and will now need to get the trousers repaired elsewhere.

Based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this tailor shop.

Short story… they are not able to remove sweat and bit of dirt from a trench coat. They will ask you to complaint to their suppliers for the lack of delivery good service and quality for their higher prices.
I never heard something similar.. why should I complaint you byens renseri? When I came to your boutique and I paid you not them to clean a Burberry trench coat??
I requested to talk to the manager to get a refund and it was not possible…

Really professional staff, who goes the extra length for their customers in regards of service and quality!
My wife had her wedding dress fitted another place which were so bad we almost needed to buy a new one. We then went to Strass (Nørre Alle) and though it was in the last minute they helped and it came out perfect!

I have a wedding dress which needed to be adjusted a bit. I contacted Strauss at Nørre Alle, and they have been so helpful. Two times I have contacted them after they adjusted a few things and in a bit of panic needed help to adjust another thing.
They have taken me in even though it is after they closed and helped me on the day so that I do not have to wait.
Thank you for the great service! It has given me the confidence that I will look perfect on my wedding day.

Astrid was patient, listened incredibly well and most importantly revolutionised my dress into one I actually wanted to wear. I have no doubts recommending this tailor.

What cut did I want for the dress? Let me know here because in the paper that I still keep, it says that it should be shortened, nothing else.
Besides, before leaving the dress, I asked one of your staff if it can be shortened and how, explaining that I did not know anything about tailoring, and your colleague proposed shortening it from the shoulders!
I was vocally disappointed by your work with the dress, but took it back upon the realization that your staff is rude and not particularly bright, ready to waste my time infinitely. They actually damaged the dress more and more every time, changing the width of the cleavage and the shoulders from the right side, making it look more and more asymmetrical, while also destroying the original shape.
I had to hand sew the dress in the last moment for the occasion that I bought it for, and it still looked more professional than your work. Unfortunately, I could not undo the damage you have done
And you have the nerves to lie. Where is my reimbursement? People should start suing you for the absolute lack of responsibility.

My jacket had to adjusted twice as it wasn't correct the first time. Now there is a hole in my brand new jacket after their second attempt to get it right.

I came in with a blazer that was just a bit too large for me, and during the measuring process, everything was great, they got the sholders, and the chest to align well. Came to pick it up a few days later and it was too tight on the chest, and the shoulders were too large. I was told that Id have to pay a hefty sum again if I wanted it fixed. I'll pass
