Disgusted. Ordered 4 seater got a minibus. My husband walks with a stick and found it difficult to get in the minibus. Took £8.30 from my card as pre payment for our journey. The total cost was £9.30 due to being stuck in traffic. I had to pay the £9.30 by card again and was told I would get a refund of the £8.30 already charged in 5 days. I asked if i could just pay the difference in cash but was told no. NOT acceptable.
