I feel so fortunate to have had Rukshanara (Ruky) as my advisor. She was incredibly kind, always took the time to listen to my concerns, and was consistently willing to help with any questions I had. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her, and she was always available.

Monsur was excellent providing tailored advice with an informed approach applying great product knowledge to the customer’s bespoke circumstances.

I recently completed the purchase of my home through StrideUp, and overall, the experience has been excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always respectful in their communication. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I appreciated being able to choose my own conveyancing firm (which StrideUp approved after their due diligence checks).

A special thank you to Rukshanara, who went above and beyond. Initially, I was told I might be ineligible, but thanks to her perseverance and attention to detail, it turned out I was eligible — and we successfully completed on our home last week!

If I had to suggest a couple of improvements, it would be great if StrideUp could provide a direct telephone contact once you're in the conveyancing stage (as most communication is through the portal) and to update the FAQs for greater clarity at the early stages.

That said, I can’t fault the professionalism, transparency, and support shown throughout. I would happily recommend StrideUp to anyone looking for an ethical, straightforward way to buy a home.

Asking to top up to fill the gap between agreed price with vendor and strideup's valuation. which is not sharia compliant diminuting musharaka contract. stay away if you are trying to get sharia compliant house purchase plan with them
