Awesome company
I tried some strings for the first time from this company. Through no fault of the company but rather the shipping agent, the strings didn't get delivered as planned. When I reported it to this company, Matt immediately helped with the problem and I had my new strings within a few days and no extra charge. I love being able to talk with a customer service person (Matt) every time I call. I just put in my next order and I won't be buying strings from anyone else. Thank you!
