From start to finish Declan and John could not have been more helpful. Not pushy just knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to driving my new Mazda and heading back to Struans when it’s time for a new one.

Visited Struans in Perth after making an appointment by phone to test drive MX-5.
After getting the history of the car and my inspection I was offered either accompanied or solo test drive.
From going through the door to leaving I felt very comfortable and under no pressure to buy.
I have dealt with Stuans in the past and had the same experience.

Great dealer. I bought a car this week and they could not be more helpful. The sales team are polite and knowledgeable. The online process for the sale is seamless and efficient. Great dealer on a service pack and ceramic coating to top it off. I definitely recommend theses guys.

12 month warranty is next to useless, doesn't cover Diagnostic charges. Doesn't really cover any of the faults I had with car in 1st 12 months. ABS fault, blocked oil pickup and breaking up Cam Belt. They 0ffered to pay partial cost for Cambelt, but I had to put into Peugeot Main Dealer (Which they also own). Paid over £1200 for repairs on a 4 year old car within one year.

Would never trust or buy a car from here every again, and I would advise everyone to aviod this dealer.

Friendly and low key staff- no pressure or hard sell but questions answered happily. Easy purchase with great follow up.

I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this garage with a 6 month warranty. Over the 5 months I owned the car it was back and forth 5 times, mainly due to an issue with the gearbox, however we also suffered issues with the reverse camera and sensors, the alarm, speaking brakes and an intermittent squeaking and grinding sound that was never diagnosed. When my patience ran out and asked for a refund I was offered £6000 for a car I had purchased 5 months previous for £10500. I obviously rejected this offer stressing that it was a "refund" I was looking for due to all the issues with the car. I was then contacted by the sales manager who offered £8100 suggesting that the car would depreciate at £1 per mile the car had done since purchase. Exhausted with the whole process I accepted the £8100, only to see the car back on their website a few weeks later for £9995. When I approached the company again for an explanation I was advised that the car had been tested and put back on the forecourt and that it was up to them how much they charged for their vehicles. Terrible service (and the issues with the gearbox never were resolved).

Really helpful, smooth experience, good tour of the car. Also picked me up from the station.

From initial contact last Friday to my wife picking up her ECOSPORT ST line yesterday service was first class Stewart was more than helpful car was well presented when my wife collected yesterday after driving from Glasgow restored my faith in buying a car thanks again 👍

From start to finish, Calum was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was purchasing a new Mazda 2 on a PCP and he explained everything really well, without putting any pressure on or being anything other than professional. I have experienced problems with van after having for few weeks. Scott has been really helpful, he arranged repair really efficiently. Van was repair in few days despite long distance from garage. First class customer service. Thank you so much and keep up great standards:)

spoke on the online chat and said I was going to visit to look at a vehicle listed on the website. Drove nearly 2 hours to view the vehicle to find a sold board in the window. Spoke to the salesman told him I was on the chat the night before and he asked me who I spoke to. He went inside and then came back out to tell me that it turns out the online chat is automated. I then said that the car is still listed on multiple sites including their own to which he said it takes a couple of days to come off. This isn't a very good way to run the business surely the cars should be put down as sold straightaway to avoid people travelling to see a vehicle thats not available. I have now wasted nearly 4 hours of my Sunday plus fuel.

Great service from Robyn when test driving a couple of cars. Decided to order a Mazda, as the wait time was not too long and I loved the car. Robyn did the handover and explained everything I needed to know, she was so patient and helpful.

I bought a used Peugeot from Struans in Dundee. Kevin has done excellent job throughout the sale. From a personalised virtual viewing of the car, through answering questions, to helping to ensure that all paperwork is in order before driving off.

All information I got was to the point. No excessive sales pitching or trying to oversell the car. The car itself was in an excellent condition, clean, and well presented. All past issues were listed in the service log and were transparently communicated. All documents and signatures are handled online through a secure portal. This was very easy to use and very efficient as well.

Having had negative experience with other car sellers before, I looked up the company reviews, ownership structure, account filings and was very happy to see that Struans is a serious business with a long history on the market. The tag lines on their website are all substanciated. The interaction with them then confirmed this as well.

Great communication and responsiveness from Janie from the point of order through to collection 8 months later. Very helpful with advice and arranging fitting of some additional non-factory based options. Very helpful contact, advice and open door from Craig and the team at the workshop. Detailed and helpful handover and follow-through so far. Thank you!
