Andrew did a great job , he communicated really well and eased our concerns and kept us up to date, communicating effectively with potential buyers. We felt able to talk to him at any time . I think he gave us good advice and I have no doubt that his communication with potential buyers encouraged them and secured a good outcome
From the first time we met Andrew we felt confident he was the person to take our home to market. He understood us, how much a home we had built and lived in for 30 years was a bittersweet move, however the time was right to down size.
He definitely understood the market, we did have some hard conversations. However time PROVED he was absolutely correct.
From start to finish everything was pretty easy, and to be honest we still cannot believe how easy. This was thanks to Andrew and all the Strutt & Parker Team in Edinburgh.
Everything was explained carefully and clearly. We felt looked after and cared for. Always with the upmost professional care, respect and attention to detail.
Our home was under offer in 3 weeks, with 3 very good offers. We sold and moved leaving our home with a lovely new family (so important to us) in about 3 months.

For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job.
The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either.
Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy.
