Flawless Sale
We were delighted with the service we received from Sarah Cull at Strutt & Parker. Selling a higher-value property in the Salisbury area can be challenging, given the smaller pool of buyers at this level, but she handled the process with top professionalism and insight.
She managed all viewings thoughtfully and provided clear, well-judged advice throughout. When we adjusted the asking price, she made excellent use of her carefully maintained contact list, which helped generate renewed interest at exactly the right moment.
Sarah is highly personable and a genuinely good listener, having taken the time to understand our situation and priorities, Her perspective, built on over twenty years experience, was evident at every stage of the sale process and gave us great confidence in her guidance.
We were also touched by her kindness, when we had a difficult experience unrelated to the sale, she went out of her way to send a thoughtful gift, which really speaks to the level of care she brings to her work.
We would not hesitate to recommend Sarah Cull and Strutt & Parker to anyone looking to sell a premium property.
