Bought a boiler, flue and thermostat.

I was told the thermostat wasn't available anymore as it was at £0. I presumed it was a promo but I said ok. Then it was the boiler wasn't in stock so it would be a week to come available. Ok lets wait a week. Nearly a month later and I've heard nothing. Yet they still sell it on their website with a 3-5 working days lead time.

Great prices, easy to use service will use again.

I visited Stuarts the morning of 21/11/25 with a damaged cistern part and the gent that served me coukdnt have been more helpful.He not only saved me money on the whole unit i was going to buy but said i only needed to replace a rubber seal on mine,which he then fitted for me.Cost £5 instead of £20.For all plumbing parts Stuarts will be my first port of call in future.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased. Nobody replies to emails, purchased online 2 days ago not heard anything since so not sure where my order is. Do not buy from this company as customer communication is not a priority!

Just a waste of time now waiting for a refund. Avoid this company !

Terrible service. Ordered a thermostat. Instant order confirmation, then heard nothing for 6 days. Emailed to cancel. Got a reply _one month_ later saying that would refund; have not received refund yet. Avoid; shambolic.

Not good service.
Ordered online, got confirmation email then nothing.sent 3 emails no reply, dispatch email came after delivery had been attempted and failed as I didn't know it was coming.

I found the customer service top rate, and far better than most. They were understanding, approachable, friendly, and went out of their way to find a spare part, and got it sent out to me parcel force same day. 5/5 for after care too.

Both with terrible reviews on Trustpilot and Google. Somehow they are able to manipulate the reviews.io reviews to make themselves look better. AVOID

I ordered over £60 worth of Toilet Dual Flush systems and hear nothing since despite it being 3 weeks since I ordered. Emailed and even messaged on their Facebook page and nothing. Next stage is the bank to recover my money. Worse experience in 15 years of online shopping avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a smart thermostat for my boiler, lowest price I could find on internet from Stuart plumbing.
Selected standard free delivery via dpd, item arrived, well packaged and in perfect condition in 2 days.
Would 100% use again.

ordered a plug on line and received the wrong size. despite multiple emails asking for the correct size to be sent they never did.

Ordered a part 5 days ago, on a next-day delivery. still waiting, no information, no response to my emails...

Mis-represented the item for sale in the advert, then took no responsibility for the fact it was wrong. Avoid!

We've been to this place a few times in the past and again visited this morning to try and get a replacement shower head (which is a very unusual size). As with every other time, nothing has been too much trouble and being experts, they don't look or speak down to you if you haven't got a clue. They really do go out of their way to help and whilst I moan when people don't get things right, I do praise them when they do and go beyond. Forget the likes of B&Q - these lads and lassies know their subject and really do try their hardest. And the prices are good too. Paul Loseby - Littlethorpe
