I recently had my Toyota Verso serviced at Arne Stubbe Toyota, Roskilde. unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First, there were confusions and uncertainties surrounding the appointment booking. I had called two weeks in advance and specifically booked a time slot for 7:30 AM. However, the day before my appointment, I received an SMS from the service center confirming the time as 12:30 PM. This left me unsure about the scheduling, and it was inconvenient to have to adjust my plans on such short notice.

After the service was completed, I was disappointed to see that my car had not been washed or vacuumed inside. When I pointed this out to the service representative, they took a photo and assured me that their service leader would follow up with me. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. The lack of communication and accountability is disheartening, and the experience overall left me questioning the quality of service provided.

I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve future customer experiences.

Very good service and experienced staff. I had some issues with transferring money and Nicklas helped me. He also provided a very detailed information about my car. I can say that it is a really big fokus on the client at this place. Highly recommended!

I bought a new toyota from this company this year and I wish I'd just used another dealership.
From the start the entire experience was and still is stressful. The sales rep never contacted me back when he said he would and I was always chasing after him, he requested important information at the very last minute instead of at the start, there was no aftersales communication or follow up, I ordered additional wheels and a box for the back. I never received the box, but the money was not refunded and they put the wrong wheels on the car. I did manage to get the wheels replaced with the correct ones, but have received a bill for changing them, due to their mistake. I would suggest shopping around and looking at other options

I went out there because i would like to buy ne car! I was treated unacceptable bad! They dont give me any information at all!!! I have to ask selv everything and the wors was that they was feeling realy desturbed every time when i ask them something! I have been treated not like potential buyer but like some idiot who dont have enought money to buye car and just loosing their expensive time!!! Sooo i bought car! Brand new, but not from them! Because i felt my self realy bad because semebody treated me so bad!

Being new to Denmark, we were not sure of how to buy a car in Denmark. The sales person was very helpful in making sure we understood what we needed to do. We also had an affordability issue and the sales person was able to give us a product and price that suited our situation very well.

We are very happy with service overall and were able to take the car home the same day!
