I bought a backpack around Christmas time which I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, it snapped recently and I contacted S&C's CX team who could not have been more helpful in organising the repair!

Massive shout out to Daphney & Shem. Due to their awesome customer care I will continue to buy from Stubble&Co and will continue to fly their flag. Keep up the great work!

Just wanted to say I had a really positive experience with Stubble & Co. My backpack showed up not quite as expected, and their team handled it so well. Super responsive, really friendly, and they fixed things quickly.

You can tell they actually care, which isn’t always the case these days. Definitely gives me confidence to buy from them again.

I contacted customer service to request assistance with a fault with my 20L hybrid everyday backpack and received a very quick response from Daphney. Daphney advised that the issue was not repairable and that a replacement would be sent. I received the replacement in less than a week (I live on the other side of the world!). The customer service I received from start to finish has been exceptional and shows that Stubble & Co genuinely values customers and they act proactively when a fault has been identified. I really like Stubble & Co as a brand and have been consistently impressed with their products. I own the Kit Bag, which has genuinely transformed my work and gym routine, as well as the packing cubes, roll top 20L backpack, tech bag, and small wash bag. Every item feels thoughtfully designed, with a clean, minimalist look and excellent build quality.

On top of that, the customer service has always been fast, responsive, and supportive. Overall, a brand I’m very happy to recommend.

My phone pre populated my previous address when ordering, which was on next day delivery.

I emailed after my order went through asking for my address to be changed. Daphney jumped on this instantly and amended the address within 10 minutes - great service!

i had an issue with a zipper, so the bag wasnt closing properly. the customer service was incredibly quick and easy to replace it.

The 20l roll top rucksack works perfectly for me. I use it for all my carrying needs: comfortable on the 3 mile trek to the bus stop; serves me well on my weekly shopping trips and weekend breaks. It’s waterproof-a game changer for me. No more placing belongings in waterproof bags before loading up.

I just bought the 40L kitbag and it’s simply awesome, looks slick, super versatile, robust, great for airports, planes, trains and ultra comfortable for an active and working lifestyle. Great job Stubble and Co legends!!

Customer service-Daphney has been great at sorting my discount on a pre order bag for my son’s birthday. He has been waiting for it to come back in stock for several weeks. I do hope he is pleased when it arrived. Prompt and polite service so far.

I was given a 20L Rolltop Backpack as a gift in August, and it is made with high-quality material and is one of the best backpacks I have owned. In March, the back zipper unexpectedly became jammed and would not open. I contacted Stubble & Co’s customer service, provided photos and videos of the issue, and they immediately sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was stolen after UPS delivered the package to an open mailroom without properly securing it. I reached out to customer service again to explain what happened, and they resent another backpack. This entire experience was seamless and truly beyond anything I have experienced with a company. I also want to note that I had the proper documentation throughout the process, and I cannot speak to situations where items like receipts or serial numbers are not available.

This bag was a gift and is excellent however unfortunately there was a problem with one of the zips. I followed the website instructions which were very simple and the response was timely and excellent. Although I did have an issue with the bag to start with I am giving 5 stars for customer service and response to solve the problem. Would recommend I am very happy.

I love the roll-top bag! It just what I need for a day trip without the hassle of carry-on, just under seat and done. It looks fantastic.

I had an issue with the bag though. The zipper pinched the internal lining of the laptop pocket and it was impossible to fix it. My laptop was inside. So we had to cut through the bag to retrieve the laptop! My wife contacted Stubble and engaged with Daphney. After several emails, photos, videos, we got a replacement bag! Amazing.

I have been a loyal Stubble & Co customer for years and have recommended their bags to family and friends. The quality of the bags is excellent and they are incredibly practical. However, where Stubble & Co go truly above and beyond is their customer service. It is very prompt and on all occasions of contact I have been provided with helpful assistance. Recently, Daphne has assisted me with a discount code issue - she was efficient and kind and resolved my issue for me. 10/10 experience (and I know from experience that this is the norm)... I cannot recommend Stubble & Co enough and it is a brand that I will continue to support.

I bought the Kit Bag 40L at full price, and a few weeks later noticed it had dropped from £155 to £124. I contacted customer service and, without any hesitation, they (Daphney) refunded me the difference. It was completely hassle-free – quick, friendly, straightforward, and clearly focused on keeping the customer (me) happy.

On top of that, the bag itself is excellent. The quality is great and it suits exactly what I need it for. Overall, a really positive experience, and I’ll definitely be placing another order.

I absolutely love my stubble and co bag, it’s practical, secure and fits my whole life in it. There was some unexpected issue with the zip but the team were super responsive and sent me a replacement virtually instantly! We lost a strap and they even sent us a replacement of the missing part which most companies probably won’t do
