Ticketmaster unfortunately cancelled my tickets and thought I was a bot. Stubhub went above and beyond to reassure me they would replace my tickets with 3 different options, and we were lucky to select a suite. It was an amazing experience.

One of the worst websites selling scam tickets and once you buy there is no refund and you cannot resale. Avoid it anyhow. Got scammed 300 dollars.

When a seller's transaction is flagged or cancelled—even due to minor delivery lag or venue barcode delays—StubHub doesn't just withhold the payout; they routinely charge the seller a administrative fee or the cost of "replacement tickets" (often up to 100% or more of the sale price).

​Buyer Refunds in Credit, Not Cash: Even when an event or order is cancelled and StubHub claws back the money from the seller, they often push buyer refunds into platform credits rather than raw cash returns.

​By weaponizing automated cancellation policies and drag-out customer support resolution times, StubHub transforms what should be a routine pass-through escrow transaction into a high-margin penalty factory.

This sticks if SCAM.

The seats were amazing exactly what I wanted. A friend of mine had come in from out of state, and had always wanted to go to Angel Stadium, and had never been. Everything was super easy ordering the tickets getting in sitting down perfect weather.

Easy and efficient

The arrival of the tickets 36 hours before the show after placing the order 7 weeks earlier was pretty stressful. Not sure why the seller waited so long but didn’t seem necessary given that the tickets had been paid for way longer than 30 days prior. Even after a lot of time with customer service in the weeks leading up to the show I was unsure if the travel preps would pan out. Not sure how I’ll approach the next show.

The game was amazing, great seats

I was guided immediately to handicap parking lot. Security/check in went quickly. There were a lot of concessions options. Restrooms were well stocked and the compost paper towels!

Everything went well. Great.game. easy to buy tickets

Buying the tickets was easy. The show was unbelievable, almost a religious experience. I would have loved to watch show indefinitely. The reason for the 2 stars was the venue. The seats were maybe fit for 6th graders before puberty. The seats were small and there was no legroom. I had never been to the Giant Center at Hershey before and I will never go back. It is a shame to have a performer of this caliper perform at such a place

You forced me to place your app on my personal cell phone OR I could not see the show OR receive a refund.

The show was great, but getting the tickets was an entirely other experience - terrible, awful and I considered filing a complaint with the BBB.

I know whomever reads this will say, "oh that's false, we have other ways to see our shows without placing an app on their phone" THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS CASE AT ALL - "after" purchasing the tickets, I spent a full 3+ hours attempting to get my tickets w/o putting the app on my phone, your staff was unable to make that happen and told me my "only" choice was to put the app on my phone. No refunds, PERIOD!

Easy to use and good price

Process to both purchase and use tickets was easy. We were kept well informed by email from the time we purchased our ticket to showtime. Contact information was clearly indicated in the event we needed assistance or experienced a problem.
