No doubt someone will say I must work…

No doubt someone will say I must work for studio lol , I'm giving credit where credits due ,I've bought a few things from studio recently and the service as been brilliant and so has the items ,I'll be ordering something else soon

Shocking service,

Shocking service,

•Purchase missed multiple updated delivery dates,
•Lost item in their own warehouse,
•Contradictive information provided
•Customer service not remotely helpful (absolute joke)
•No accurate time frame of delivery
•Refusing to provide refund

And now after three attempts to get my money back as is my right due to undelivered items they are refusing to produce me with a refund and just keep circling back giving new delivery dates.

If you actually want your purchased items to arrive or have the option of a refund should anything happen then I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Ongoing battle just to get my money back.

Scam services and useless customer care

Do not buy from here. There is no option to amend orders and customer service is completely unhelpful with dealing with returns or queries. I already had to pay £10 for delivery, and then more fees worth more than £10 for returns, when other stores provide the free return charges! On top of this, certain products can't be returned directly through Studio, which is nonsense for why they sell such items and cause more chaos for customers who want to return items to the so-called 'brand partners'. There's no option to record returns bought from these companies, which makes no sense because ultimately the purchase has been made through Studio. It's just lazy and unfair. I'm very unhappy with how much extra money has been involved because of their idiotic policies. Being unable to cancel certain products in an order just forces the customers to pay even more charges to return - it's a scam. The customer service team is even more useless with their lack of help and knowledge on anything, their excuses make no sense and just create more hassle. Never buying from here again. Waiting for my refund and hoping they process it fast.

Liars, thieves and just lazy.

Ordered multiple sets of Christmas lights from here but sold by a 3rd party, yet only 1 set turned up. Spoke with studio who "investigated" the situation and called me a liar, despite me showing photos of the packaging and how only q set could fit in, along with the weight on the label etc. they were adamant in their decision and refused to help. However, after I googled the company who sold them, I spoke with them directly and they investigated for me. They found that studio hadn't contacted them at all and that they did, in error, only send 1 set. They immediately rectified this sending out the original order (all sets) and allowing me to keep the first set as way of an apology. Studio had proved themselves to be lazy, liars and just thieves from this order and I have since shut my account and will no longer deal with these again. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY CON ARTISTS

Appalling company and a bunch of thieves . I orders a laptop it was faulty I did web chat several times asking for refund label nothing this process was over and over but different people each time until they eventually sent me the label . In mean time I had ordered another one as I needed this for coursework this also came faulty same process again over and over until I got returns label . I sent both back separately with different proof of return. One has been refunded one they have not received spent months going back and forth with evidence etc . Evri said it was studios issue etc. to be told that as I sent the parcel back a way by my own choice not how they instructed they will not refund me . I sent this back via the label they gave me . This has been so stressful lie after lie from their customer service . Avoid this company at all cost they are appalling and will steal your money con artists.

AVOID Studio the company is not what it used to be. They have gone down the drain now.

I bought items from them they used the infamous useless delivery team Evri who lost my items in the post since last year Dec till date studio is yet to refund my money they are charging me for late fees after series of email. I am reporting them to trading standards for causing me distress. Useless company they keep asking for same email to be sent to them over and over it's as if they dint talk to each other their is no continuity with them. One person picks your case drops it and another comes picks it and you have to start all over again with them. I regret dealing with them as they ruined ALL my Christmas presents. NEVER again.

they are the WORST company to deal…

they are the WORST company to deal with. They leave a FAKE phone number 08002344567 to contact them yet they are not reachable. When you send an email, they reply after weeks and keep asking you to send evidence you have sent to them repeatedly. I think it's just to waste time and not refund your goods. very useless company. avoid them

I was a customer years ago and they were OK, so recently bought a few things from them, paid some in full then got some on credit, what I ordered was obviously returns from other people. Awful, been paying over the minimum payment every month but balance hardly goes down. I would advise everyone to avoid.

Returned an item within their return…

Returned an item within their return window, paid for the courier, showed receipt and screenshot of return policy, did not process return. Customer service did not even look into the proof provided and dismissed that the item was not returned through their portal even though the returns portal did not exist at that time.

Ordered tree and lights plus pj's with in 24 hours tree and lights dropped by 50% theres no invoice in the packaging tried to contact them by phone and email to no avail will never use this company again it has gone totally down bank

My mum bought me a bedroom set

My mum bought me a bedroom set . Was delivered and the wardrobe was unbelievably damaged . We sent pictures but now want full size pictures of the damage but it will not upload the file as it’s too big , plus it has been packaged up to return. Still waiting for this to be resolved . A wardrobe sitting in my hallway !! A don’t care attitude. Do not buy furniture from these guys !

Absolutely shocking service and lack of…

Absolutely shocking service and lack of customer service. Goods were ordered in november and were firstly delivered to wrong address. I'm still waiting on a response to that even though the goods eventually arrived on my door step after sitting outside someone else's house in the snow and rain for days. That was 21st november. The bag was ripped and boxes and paperwork in side completely soaked as were the boots inside. I'm still waiting for them to send me an foc label or to arrange collection. There is no contact number to speak to anyone and despite numerous online chats and emails and repeating myself over and over afain and uploading pictures of the damage repeatedly I'm still no further on almost a month later. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Awaiting refund after 4 months

I put in a purchase for £105 worth of goods included in this was a pair of tressils for £45 i was ill when some of the goods arrived so my son brought them in when i checked they had delivered a marble table instead of my tressils on 7the Sept i have sent over 15 e-mails to there customer service in communication about this and 4 months later its still not resolved I am awating Evri to collect the table which should 0f happened last week but they gave me some excuse about my address. I am not giving up i want my £45 refund not a marble table i have been a customer of studio 24 for years but no more its up to you if you purchase from them alls well if it goes ok but if you get a problem they don't respond very well

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I bought a microwave In the beginning of October it was faulty didn't work I sent it back and requested a refund. They sent me out another microwave which I didn't want I wanted a refund. They confirmed they recieved the returned microwave and sending a new one was a warehouse error. They asked me to allow 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. It's now been weeks and still no refund. Made a formal complaint, completely ignored. There is no number to call and you can't post on their social media. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have sent a letter off trading standards, they are now in breach of consumer law but they clearly don't care.

After waiting over two weeks for items…

After waiting over two weeks for items that were in stock. All damaged can't speak to a human. I have been a customer for over 20 years how it has changed since bought out by sports direct. Can't speak to a human if any problems charge you for the items then wait weeks for delivery to arrive chucked in a bag with 5 other items no bubble wrap or anything. They charge you delivery and you never know when it's coming takes weeks sometimes

Their customer service is appalling

I received some damaged trellis planters from Studio on 14th August. Evri couldn't help me return them, so on 21st August I contacted Studio customer service team.I don't know how they can call themselves a customer service team, as their customer service is laughable. It took them from when I first contacted them until the 10th October (7 weeks !!)to send me a QR code so I could return the planters and finally get a refund. That was after me having to chase them up over and over and over again. Their pathetic excuse of being extremely busy is just a cop out to cover their appalling lack of customer service. I think I am supposed to be grateful that I didn't have to pay to return these damaged goods, although it did cost me £9.99 in postage to receive them. Now they are charging me interest on the wretched things.This company is a total disgrace and despite being a loyal customer for many years I will NEVER shop with them again.

TV with Broken Screen

Well after all the trouble I've had sending a broken Tv back They sent a email where I had to print the returns form and an a4 Evri Adress the leaflet for the the outside of the box said studio c/o sports direct after telling them 3or4 times I had no library to print it in library I'm disable and cant get up to Then waited of courier sent it back by my evri courier its been a week now and no reply saying it was recieved it Here we go again being Ignored if I could give them minus 20 Stars I would they are terrible and dont know what customer service is now they want paid but wont let me login to pay and the waiting time on the phone was too long was told to call back Ridiculous I want them to say recieved and to pay

Theif

I need to know how and why you advertise items LESS THAN 10 available when there not even in stock apparently I am STILL waiting I want my 29.99 delivery you charged me for an item you say is out of stock. Waited 6 days now on email no reply im going to trading standards today your a theifing disgusting company
