I ordered 5 bags at the same time. On the 2nd of February I received my parcel but there were only 3 bags! I wrote an email, then another a week later and a third one; absolutely no reply. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but I am so disappointed. Not only have I not received the bags I paid for, I have not once received a reply.

Studio Noos contacted me after this review. They sent the items immediately and apologised. My emails were in the spam file. I am now satisfied with how everything went. Thank you

Very satisfied! I was had a problem with my bags, my bags was broken when i bought 6 or 7 months Ago then i try to contact the customer service i sent them an email and telling them about my problem, not long i got the reaction they give me an option and i choose one of the options which is they will send me the new bag and i dont need pay the sending cost too! Wow very good service from Studio Noos, I'm so happy and for sure I will buy some more from them! Very recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great quality, stylish yet fully practical design, and a wide choice of colours, patterns and fabric. That's the shop I wish I knew about when my kids were toddlers 😆But I'm happy that I've found them now, as these bags and accessories can be used well beyond the baby years. Given the quality, the pricing is fair, and great deals are available during the sales.

Happy with my Studio Noos bags! I think they have a good selection of bags, prints and colors. Quick delivery most of the times when I’ve ordered. I’ve also gifted the kids backpacks and swaddles and all my friends have been super happy with these!

Bought my wife a mom bag as a gift and it was a big hit. Arrived within a few days and looks great.

I love Studio Noos. It is my favorit kind of bag. I am a lil bit obsessed with teddy furr so your bags are what I need. Your bags are mom bags I know. Eventho I am not a mom yet, I use it for work or for traveling.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Studio Noos, especially as this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems.

In the past I placed an order and received absolutely no updates, so I had to be the one to get in touch. Only then was I told the order had actually been lost, which I would never have known if I hadn’t contacted them myself. They replaced the order, but again I received no updates about tracking or delivery. Once the replacement finally arrived, the item was unfortunately broken, so I ended up having to request a full refund.

Even after all of that, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They offered a discount code so I ordered again — this time a Mum bag. However, it’s now been over a week since ordering and again I haven’t received any shipping updates at all. I have emailed and sent a DM and still haven’t received any reply.

I understand delays can happen, but the constant lack of communication and having to chase every order is really disappointing and makes the experience stressful. I love the products which is why I kept trying, but unfortunately the customer service and communication has really let me down more than once.

Love my bag, it is my 7th (!) product from that brand. Within a week I got so many comments about its looks and functionality.

I am not a big handbag fan but I absolutely love my studio noos bag, I have everything I need with me every day now and couldn’t leave the house without it… and it is soooo beautiful

We purchased a Teddy Diaper bag last week with delivery to Switzerland.
Unfortunately, the Studio Noos team did not fill out any custom forms, which is required when shipping outside the EU / to Switzerland - in return, the company does not need to pay any taxes in the EU or Switzerland.
For the failure to follow delivery protocol, we were charged a fine of >30% of the order, which the service team is unwilling to reimburse.

Ordered an item start of march with estimated date within 10 days: I’m now still waiting for my item and have emailed twice with no response. Really frustrated and annoyed by the process.

Very dissapointed... Expected more,very low quality for a very high price... Advertisement at it's finest I guess... I have seen more quality teddy bags at Kruidvat...
