We worked out a solution.
23 aug 2019:
They told us the hoodies were going to be delayed by 2 weeks. It ended up being 2 months and the print of the hoodies fell off after one wash. I have now been in contact with them for a year and we can't get any form of compensation.
Edit 8 apr 2021:
We have now worked out a solution. I got 50% of the original price back.
