Stuff UK are highly recommended, there prices are the best out there and delivery prompt.
A first class experience from start to finish and i wont hesitate to purchase goods from them again.

Items arrived very promptly, well packed, accompanied by advice to check and report back any problems. I did so and found - and reported - that one of the pack of 10 re-cycled Pukka lever arch files had a faulty locking device catch. Apologies were immediately given and replacement part was received at the earliest opportunity. So good to have a recycled option too!

I have not had the negative experience shared by other reviewers, however, I did stumble across these reviews a while back and to be honest I avoided the company. However, they had the monitor I wanted in stock. I instructed my employer to procure this for me.
I must say, the service I had was excellent from Lisa and Jim. Communications were excellent and prompt. I couldn’t fault them. So wanted to say thank you.

I would advise the company to try and improve your customer feedback reviews. These help customers like me to decide if we want to do business with merchants like you.

I know that customers are not always right, but resolving issues professionally goes along way for the customer experience.

Anyway, thanks again. The monitor is awesome!

Avoid! I think this may be some kind of scam!?

I made my purchase and was assured my item would be with me within 5 days. Two weeks later still no sign of it, I contacted them to be told there was a delay with my item and they would look into this and call me back. Three days later I called them back and was told the item was no in stock and was coming in today but the could not tell me when it would be sent to me and that I would need to email customer services to find this out. I emailed customer services and received an email back from the person I was just speaking with on the phone! Lisa then told me that the item was not coming into stock for another two months and asked if I would like to wait or request a refund!

Absolute waste of time!

I am now hoping to receive my refund.....

You have been warned people ;)

Having been reached out to by the team, valid reasoning for the problem below has been given. My communication with them has been very pleasant, and I now see it was just very unlucky timing that caused the price to change so much in such a small time, not a malicious action from the company.
Seeing as prices can change like this, I highly encourage all potential customers to enquire about products before purchasing them, in order to make sure the displayed price is the one you'll be getting

I found this business yesterday, and they had a brilliant price for a product I wanted, almost too good to be true. I checked here and found some poor reviews, so decided to take a photo of the price before purchase, and emailing them to ask if the product was in stock.

To their credit, they responded promptly to my email, however told me about the complete wrong product. This wasn't too bad, however I went onto the website to order what I wanted, and found that the price had increased by 40%, a mere 10 hours after I initially looked with it. This put it over retail price.

I emailed about this, and am yet to receive a reply or justification.

A warning to all prospective customers, make sure the price before expressing interest is the same as the price afterwards.

I bought a wahl james martin electric knife of this company via amazon which was supposed to cut frozen food and it did not scratch the surface of a joint of pork I paid £26.99 for this item which I returned after Xmas,they have now offered a refund of £19.76 almost 27% less than what I paid for it and miracously telling me when they got it back that it cuts frozen food,WARNING to others out there do not use this company under any circumstances nothing but a bunch of cowboys

EDIT from 1* to 2* as they did eventually give me a refund, still totally unhelpful and accused me of trying to send back dodgy goods...
EDIT 2: Based on Stuff-UK's response below, I'm happy to send the email thread to anyone who wants to see it. More importantly, if I made this up, why did they refund the full amount?

- I ordered the wrong item, requested a refund, paid to return the item
- Stuff-UK refused the refund as the serial numbers on the box and item did not match
- When I asked them to double check, they declined to do so, and instead told me that I must have sent them my old one...basically accusing me of stealing a new product and sending back a dodgy one.
- I accused them of being thieves and told them they were f***ing me over, my guess was that they repackage dodgy goods, but got caught out due to my accidental order and refund request.
- Then they sent new pictures of a damaged product...damage that wasn't raised before as a reason for declining the refund?? Again claiming it must have been me.
- As soon as I threatened to contact CAB and trading standards, they agreed to "investigate" with their supplier.
- With no explanation or apology for accusing me of tampering with the goods, I received a refund.

Would avoid like the plague.

I ordered an HP Printhead for an HP 8600 + printer and it arrived the next day by DPD on a 1-3 day delivery. The correct and original HP printhead with 4 ink cartridges was delivered; it was easily installed and works fine

I'd be happy to use Stuff-UK again as they had the item at a good price compared to some other retailers, who were either more expensive or out of stock, and they delivered the goods promptly

I'd like to add a review in support of this company, primarily in response to many negative reviews that appear to have been left by narrow minded individuals that don't fully read into terms and conditions before making a purchase.

I purchased an unusual item and was informed that the product was subject to availability on the website before paying. After I had committed and made the payment, I shortly received communication from Stuff-uk explaining the part was subject to an estimated lead time of four to six weeks and that this could change either way, dependent on the supplier. I was offered the opportunity to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund and I decided to take up this offer. My refund was issued pretty much immediately.

I have to say that I was actually quite surprised about how well Stuff-uk communicated with me and managed my expectations from the outset. That's pretty unusual these days for any online company. For that refreshing experience, I would like to thank Stuff-uk and hope that I am able to purchase from them in the future.

Kept changing delivery date. Cancelled after the 3rd change. Waited over a month, if you value your time shop elsewhere.

The service provided by Stuff-uk to me was exemplary. It's rare to find such a helpful merchant on the web and I will use them again without hesitation.

Ordered Graphic card today dispatched next day and delivered second day. I'm very happy and is no stock anywhere i find from this website ordered first time. Only one in stock and i got it 🎉🥳
