I received a defective product and tried to call company. The phone number is no longer in service. I tried emailing company but got no response. They don't however, have a problem taking an order. I'm a long time customer of stuff4beauty and I'm pissed off about not being able to reach someone about the problem. Suzie Gibson 901-827-8757

Ordered an OSIS 4-play moulding paste on t he 13th of Jan, and still haven't received delivery. No way to track the product. Customer service phone number is useless as they just have a templated voice giving fixed instructions. Tried tracking using the order number on their website, but everytime it says thei will send an email update, and I have never received one. Check my spambox too for the updates. Poor business ethics, pathetic service, and zero responsibility towards customers. First grade IDIOTS !

I do not recommend purchasing anything from this business if you expect to get it in a timely manner. It took 30 days exactly to finally receive my order.

I ordered 11 cans of BioSilk hard to hold finishing spray in good faith. They subtracted $105.88 from my account and then told me the cans were defective. This was started on October 31. It is November 14th and I have been told repeatedly they refunded my money. I have never gotten my money nor the product. I do not feel things have been handled well and I feel my money.

i always buy deva curl products from stuff4beauty for 2 years. great and fair price. the products have shipped at my house on time and always early! not only that, free shipping if bought anything over 50 bucks! best recommendation!!!!

Are you kidding me? This is the best thing to come down the pike! Genie Line Smoother...I saw it on HSN several years ago and have gotten and used it every day ever since! I LOVE IT! And it's affordable, unlike many of the other products that want over $100 an oz. As long as Genie Line smoother is offered, I'm a customer! AND Stuff4beauty makes it so easy to buy! THANKS!!!!

I fell in love with John Frieda Ocean Waves YEARS ago! So when they discontinued this item, I went on a quest to find the last remaining bottles. Stuff4Beauty has some of the only bottles left and although the price has increased quite a bit, I am so excited to still get my favorite product!! Service is fast and hassle free.
