I was trying to cancel a time on their webpage. It was not possible. A girl in the store told that its possible to email the store about cancel time. It was not. I needed to go in to the store to cancel the time physically in the shop. The response from the girl in the store I met was the aggressive tone from her side. Be aware also about having a big bank account if you need glasses here. If you get the glasses same day as you do your eye investigation you cant just cancel that just like that easy. Be aware that extra costs will be applied since there seems to be fluent costs. If you have a big bank account this will be no problem for you. I cancel this place for all those reasons above.I also know Swedish language but write in english since it can reach out to more people.
Look for: how the staff treats the customer and transparent price lists for glasses and different prices around the glass production with spectacle frames. The why is important question as customer since you can get surprises with costs otherwise.
