Great service from Severn Trent
Contacted ST yesterday with a blocked drain issue on my mother’s house (90 yrs of age with Alzheimer’s). Excellent staff at the call centre, and engineer visited the house at 9 am Sunday morning. Engineer was Rob Fairbanks (job Ref 14290118). Rob was very courteous, knowledgeable and quickly identified and resolved the issue. This great service was much appreciated, and saved my mother from a lot of anxiety and stress. Thankyou to ST and Rob

Water supply restored quickly and professionally
Speedy response from Matt H (the Engineer) to an emergency call over a bank Holiday when our water supply stopped. Matt was professional, kind and reassuring. Matt was able to quickly establish and fix the issue. Matt was knowledgeable and explained the issue and how he solved it. Thanks Matt a real hero over a bank holiday weekend.

Rob was really polite and friendly, located the leak, turned water off and stayed while the plumber repaired the leak then turned water back on.

Sewage here today and gone quickly!
Thank you Stacey and Shaun for going above and beyond today with sorting our big issue. We had the streets "waste" at the back of our house. They quickly identified the problem, took ownership and cleared everything and did a thorough clean all around an hour. Its been a really horrible few days and I cant thank you enough for sorting this out for us. A credit to Severn Trent.

Blockage sorted!
The lads turned up and got on with it, investigated the issue, went through neighbours man hole covers too, left everything working and made sure there was no further issues down the line.
